Il s\u2019affiche en compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 avec le <strong>label Egalit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes<\/strong>, dont l\u2019alliance garantit un processus de labellisation facilit\u00e9 depuis d\u00e9cembre 2015.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qui peut \u00eatre certifi\u00e9 et pour quel engagement RSE ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce label au spectre tr\u00e8s large certifie les <strong>organismes du secteur public <\/strong>(collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, minist\u00e8res, \u00e9tablissements publics \u00e0 caract\u00e8re industriel et commercial\u2026) <strong>comme priv\u00e9 <\/strong>(entreprises principalement) quelque soit leur taille ou leur activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il r\u00e9compense les entit\u00e9s dont le <strong>management, la gestion des ressources humaines ne provoque aucune discrimination <\/strong>que ce soit dans la phase de recrutement, d\u2019int\u00e9gration ou de d\u00e9roulement de carri\u00e8re des salari\u00e9s, mais \u00e9galement dans le cadre des <strong>relations avec leurs autres parties prenantes <\/strong>(fournisseurs, clients et partenaires sociaux).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ressources humaines : fonction qui a pour mission de garantir que l\u2019organisme dispose d\u2019un personnel performant et \u00e9panoui, n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 son fonctionnement. Elle op\u00e8re quatre grands types de t\u00e2ches : le recrutement, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail, et la gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crit\u00e8res et proc\u00e9dure de certification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9p\u00f4t du<strong> dossier de candidature<\/strong>, AFNOR Certification l\u2019\u00e9tudie et missionne un ou plusieurs <strong>\u00e9valuateurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s<\/strong>. Ces derniers sont charg\u00e9s de se rendre au sein de l\u2019organisme pour \u00e9valuer ses pratiques, ce qui donne lieu \u00e0 un <strong>rapport d\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/strong> analys\u00e9 ensuite par une Commission Nationale de la Diversit\u00e9 (o\u00f9 si\u00e8gent les partenaires sociaux, un coll\u00e8ge d\u2019experts et les repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019\u00c9tat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9cision d\u2019attribution du label se fait en fonction de la conformit\u00e9 du rapport avec le <strong>cahier des charges<\/strong> du label, qui s\u2019articule autour de <strong>six axes<\/strong> :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Conna\u00eetre ses risques en mati\u00e8re de discriminations ;<\/li><li>S\u2019engager et mobiliser ses collaborateurs ;<\/li><li>Sensibiliser, communiquer et former ;<\/li><li>Dialoguer avec ses partenaires sociaux, fournisseurs et clients ;<\/li><li>Ma\u00eetriser ses processus de gestion des ressources humaines ;<\/li><li>S\u2019assurer de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de ses actions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce cahier des charges est <strong>modulable en fonction de la taille et de la nature de l\u2019organisme.<\/strong> Il se d\u00e9cline ainsi en 3 versions : organismes de moins de 50 collaborateurs, organismes de plus de 50 collaborateurs et la fonction publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la Commission \u00e9tablit la conformit\u00e9, le label est attribu\u00e9 pour une <strong>dur\u00e9e de 4 ans<\/strong>, renouvelable, avec une \u00e9valuation interm\u00e9diaire au bout de deux ans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Egalit\u00e9 Professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/zaysxpIEITWpvX8-f5OS36a_5sAXkBilrt--fl_jmNfNxjsOcWPAtbYEI3KXJYbxenltqt8HxCb6tL1YOb_O6nhH2KWGS2lhTruNa1FbfX4DXfdRlpy4RllXDUTQhG4npyF8Tiaw\" alt=\"\" width=\"337\" height=\"337\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2004, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Etat et pilot\u00e9 par le Service des Droits des Femmes et de l&rsquo;Egalit\u00e9,<strong> <\/strong>le label <strong>Egalit\u00e9 Professionnelle <\/strong>a pour objectif de favoriser&nbsp; <strong>l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et la mixit\u00e9&nbsp; entre les hommes et les femmes<\/strong> <strong>dans la sph\u00e8re professionnelle<\/strong>, dans le secteur public comme priv\u00e9.
