Ces derni\u00e8res sont le reflet de notre identit\u00e9 et sont \u00e9galement au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations de nos collaborateurs et de nos clients. En tant que Cabinet d\u2019avocats d\u2019affaires international, notre ambition est de cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail toujours plus inclusif et diversifi\u00e9 en interne mais \u00e9galement dans nos relations avec nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019une des principales priorit\u00e9s de Clifford Chance est de promouvoir la parit\u00e9 homme\/femme au sein du Cabinet. Pour ce faire, la Firme s\u2019est fix\u00e9e des ambitions qui, adoss\u00e9es \u00e0 des objectifs quantifi\u00e9s \u00e0 horizon 2030, \u00e9tablissent une feuille de route globale en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes. A titre d&rsquo;exemple, l\u2019objectif pour l\u2019Europe Continentale est d\u2019augmenter le nombre de femmes associ\u00e9es de 35 % d\u2019ici 2025 et de 100 % d\u2019ici 2030.&nbsp;Nous avons franchi une \u00e9tape importante avec le lancement de ces diff\u00e9rents objectifs ambitieux, tant au niveau r\u00e9gional que mondial. Nous devons \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent identifier les freins qui restreignent l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et mener des actions appropri\u00e9es afin de pouvoir attirer les meilleurs talents et continuer \u00e0 proposer \u00e0 nos clients des solutions toujours plus innovantes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 de pens\u00e9e et d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de nos \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;asseoir notre ambition en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, le Cabinet a sign\u00e9 en 2016 une d\u00e9claration officielle de soutien aux&nbsp;<em><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Women\u2019s Empowerment Principles<\/span><\/em>. Ces \u00ab&nbsp;WEPs&nbsp;\u00bb \u2013 cr\u00e9\u00e9s conjointement par ONU Femmes et le Global Compact des Nations Unies en 2010 \u2013 proposent sept principes auxquels les entreprises peuvent adh\u00e9rer afin de promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 homme\/femme dans leur environnement, et fournissent ainsi des orientations pour agir en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, en 2018, Clifford Chance a lanc\u00e9 au niveau mondial&nbsp;<em><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Accelerate<\/span><\/em>&nbsp;&gt;&gt;&gt;, le r\u00e9seau interne parit\u00e9 homme\/femme du Cabinet, dans le but de cr\u00e9er un environnement professionnel favorable pour les avocates.&nbsp;<em><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Accelerate<\/span><\/em>&nbsp;&gt;&gt;&gt; met notamment en \u0153uvre un programme ambitieux d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements et d&rsquo;initiatives pour sensibiliser et promouvoir l\u2019inclusion. C&rsquo;est dans ce cadre que des sessions de coaching pour les collaboratrices seniors ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es afin de les accompagner \u00e0 des moments cl\u00e9s de leur carri\u00e8re.
