{"id":1000006303,"date":"2022-07-21T10:19:48","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T08:19:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/?p=1000006303"},"modified":"2022-07-21T10:40:05","modified_gmt":"2022-07-21T08:40:05","slug":"index-de-legalite-salariale-femmes-hommes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/index-de-legalite-salariale-femmes-hommes\/","title":{"rendered":"Index de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale Femmes\/Hommes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En mai 2018, apr\u00e8s trois mois de concertations avec les partenaires sociaux, le gouvernement a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un plan d\u2019action visant \u00e0 supprimer les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le MEDEF a accueilli favorablement les mesures prises par le gouvernement, car il partage l\u2019objectif d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les femmes et les hommes, mais a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019il resterait vigilant au cours de la mise en oeuvre de ce plan d\u2019action, afin de s\u2019assurer de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019accompagnement des entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le MEDEF, la m\u00e9thodologie mise en place par le gouvernement r\u00e9pond au double objectif d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 (lutter contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales persistantes en d\u00e9faveur des femmes comme celles, plus rares, en d\u00e9faveur des hommes) et de pragmatisme (tenir compte de la diversit\u00e9 des situations des entreprises).<br>L\u2019index de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale femmes-hommes, repose sur la prise en compte de cinq indicateurs, pour les entreprises de plus de 250 salari\u00e9s, qui combinent deux indicateurs li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sultats (les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations et les dix plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations de l\u2019entreprise) et trois indicateurs li\u00e9s aux facteurs de causalit\u00e9 de ces \u00e9carts (les promotions, les augmentations et la maternit\u00e9).
