Avec une premi\u00e8re confirmation : l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances en entreprise est et reste un enjeu incontournable de la vie professionnelle pour 91 % des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, pr\u00e8s de 8 salari\u00e9s sur 10 estiment en regard que ce sujet est d\u00e9sormais une priorit\u00e9 assum\u00e9e pour la direction de leur entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce 10e barom\u00e8tre, que vous allez d\u00e9couvrir, souligne des tendances encourageantes :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>la crainte d\u2019\u00eatre potentiellement discrimin\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du travail est en net recul et atteint m\u00eame son plus bas niveau depuis que nous r\u00e9alisons cette \u00e9tude. Il passe de 56 % en 2020 (ann\u00e9e du pic de la crise sanitaire) \u00e0 45 % en 2021. Ces r\u00e9sultats montrent que ces craintes ne sont pas li\u00e9es directement \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise mais bien plus au climat d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ambiant ;<\/li><li>la crainte d\u2019\u00eatre potentiellement discrimin\u00e9 sur son lieu de travail est, elle aussi, en net recul (34 %, -7 points en un an) : les facteurs d\u2019\u00e2ge et d\u2019apparence physique sont les crit\u00e8res les plus souvent cit\u00e9s et reviennent aussi bien pour les femmes que les hommes.<\/li><li>plus les entreprises se structurent et communiquent, plus le climat est apais\u00e9. En effet les entreprises qui ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des postes ou des missions sur la diversit\u00e9 voient chez leurs salari\u00e9s une moindre crainte de discriminations potentielles.&nbsp;<\/li><li>l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes reste de loin le sujet prioritaire, m\u00eame si son acuit\u00e9 se tasse un peu cette ann\u00e9e (reflet probable des progr\u00e8s mesur\u00e9s par l\u2019index d\u2018\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale) ;&nbsp;<\/li><li>les salari\u00e9s se sentent de mieux en mieux dans les entreprises : 80 % d\u2019entre eux trouvent que leur entreprise repr\u00e9sente bien la diversit\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (c\u2019est 9 points de progression en 5 ans), montrant que l\u2019entreprise est un lieu de plus en plus inclusif. Au-del\u00e0, la confiance des salari\u00e9s dans leur entreprise progresse encore : 77 % des salari\u00e9s s\u2019y sentent bien (+2 points en un an). Et si l\u2019on regarde dans le r\u00e9troviseur, la progression est spectaculaire : en 10 ans, l\u2019indice de confiance des salari\u00e9s dans leurs entreprises gagne 11 points.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En synth\u00e8se, ce qui se dessine aux yeux des salari\u00e9s va \u00e0 contre-courant des \u00e9chos alarmistes trop souvent amplifi\u00e9s : l\u2019entreprise est un lieu d\u2019inclusion o\u00f9 l\u2019on a confiance quelles que soient les singularit\u00e9s de chacun ; bien entendu cela demande une vigilance collective de chaque instant. Et apr\u00e8s 10 vagues de ce barom\u00e8tre, on mesure les progr\u00e8s engrang\u00e9s par le nombre croissant d\u2019entreprises qui s\u2019attellent de fa\u00e7on organis\u00e9e et visible au sujet complexe mais pilotable de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances.
