Notre mod\u00e8le de gouvernance \u00e0 la danoise s\u2019\u00e9tablit autour du Novo Nordisk Way, dix essentiels qui expriment nos valeurs et guident chacune de nos d\u00e9cisions. Nous voulons que cela se traduise de mani\u00e8re naturelle d\u00e8s le recrutement ; nos managers sont ainsi accompagn\u00e9s pour identifier les biais inconscients que chacun d\u2019entre nous peut avoir. Pour int\u00e9grer au mieux les nouveaux collaborateurs, nous programmons des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9cifiques durant lesquels nos salari\u00e9s se rencontrent et nos valeurs se transmettent. La mobilit\u00e9 au sein du groupe et entre filiales est \u00e9galement encourag\u00e9e. En permettant aux collaborateurs d\u2019aller travailler dans d\u2019autres pays et en accueil\u00adlant des salari\u00e9s du Canada, d\u2019Inde, de Russie ou encore du Br\u00e9sil, nous am\u00e9liorons nos fa\u00e7ons de travailler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le groupe est aussi actif en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes. Comment ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la Charte de la parentalit\u00e9 de l\u2019Observatoire de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail et notre index \u00e9galit\u00e9 homme-femme s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 98 %. Nous avons sign\u00e9 un accord prenant des mesures pour cr\u00e9er un environnement favorable aux salari\u00e9s parents et respecter le principe de non-discrimination dans l\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle de nos collaborateurs. Depuis le mois de janvier 2022, Novo Nordisk offre un minimum de huit semaines de repos, r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 100 %, \u00e0 tous les parents.
