Ils concernent l\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes, la Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces accords, renouvel\u00e9s en 2021, s\u2019inscrivent dans le prolongement de la construction du dialogue social mis en place par le groupe, et de la politique volontariste engag\u00e9e depuis 10 ans en faveur de la diversit\u00e9, de l\u2019inclusion, de la mixit\u00e9 et du d\u00e9veloppement professionnel de chaque salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A travers l\u2019accord sur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, le groupe s\u2019engage \u00e0 atteindre plus de 35 % de femmes dans les recrutements en CDI et 40 % en alternance, avec pour objectif de renforcer la f\u00e9minisation dans les m\u00e9tiers techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 soutenir la parentalit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les femmes et les hommes, en maintenant les primes en cas de changement de poste durant la maternit\u00e9,&nbsp;et en garantissant l\u2019\u00e9volution salariale l\u2019ann\u00e9e du retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit en sus&nbsp;un budget annuel d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale sur les 4 ans de l\u2019accord, pour compenser les \u00e9ventuels \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration injustifi\u00e9s entre les femmes et les hommes \u00e0 niveau de responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, il favorise la conciliation entre la vie professionnelle et la vie personnelle en renfor\u00e7ant le recours au&nbsp;travail \u00e0 distance au cours de la maternit\u00e9, et en allongeant le cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 de 4 jours (passant ainsi de 25 \u00e0 29 jours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le volet de l\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap, l\u2019accord favorise leur recrutement et leur int\u00e9gration dans les \u00e9tablissements du groupe. Au total \u00e0 ce jour, pr\u00e8s de 700 personnes handicap\u00e9es sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les effectifs d\u2019Orano en France, dont 28 % de femmes. Le taux d\u2019emploi global s\u2019est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 4,6 % \u00e0 fin 2020, soit presque le double depuis l\u2019engagement de notre politique en faveur des personnes en situation de handicap en 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019accord sur le d\u00e9veloppement de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail conclu en 2021 r\u00e9affirme les principes inscrits dans les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents accords depuis 2012, structur\u00e9s autour de 6 th\u00e9matiques&nbsp;: organisation dans le travail, relations dans le travail, environnement dans le travail, pr\u00e9vention de la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9, prise en compte de l\u2019\u00e9volution des organisations, r\u00e9alisation de soi et d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Il reconnait en outre le statut de proches aidants et cr\u00e9\u00e9 un don de cong\u00e9 entre salari\u00e9s du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces 3 accords &#8211; emploi des personnes en situation de handicap, \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes, Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail &#8211; ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives au niveau du groupe Orano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail mis en place&nbsp;d\u00e8s 2012 fait d\u00e9sormais l\u2019objet d\u2019un accord sp\u00e9cifique sign\u00e9 fin 2020 au niveau du groupe avec les organisations syndicales, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par 13 accords locaux pour adapter les dispositions aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de nos diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s. Ces accords pr\u00e9voient jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90 jours de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail par an, avec une pr\u00e9sence minimale de 2 ou 3 jours dans les locaux professionnels, en fonction des contraintes industrielles. Ce cr\u00e9dit est major\u00e9 de 8 jours pour les personnes en situation de handicap et pour les salari\u00e9s reconnus proches aidants. &nbsp;Cet accord r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 d\u2019Orano de faire \u00e9voluer ses modes de fonctionnement vers un management plus d\u00e9l\u00e9gatifs et plus confiants, en vue de gagner en agilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Derrien, Directrice People &amp; Communications d\u2019Orano a d\u00e9clar\u00e9&nbsp;:&nbsp;<em>\u00ab depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, le groupe a pris des engagements forts pour soutenir sa politique d\u2019inclusion.
