Se basant sur la proportion de femmes repr\u00e9sentant aujourd\u2019hui 21% des associ\u00e9s, le cabinet s&rsquo;est fix\u00e9 pour objectif de hisser ce nombre \u00e0 30 % d&rsquo;ici 2025 et \u00e0 40 % d&rsquo;ici 2030. Autre objectif : d\u00e9sormais, la moiti\u00e9 des promotions internes d&rsquo;associ\u00e9s devront provenir de groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s (ethnicit\u00e9, genre, handicap et neurodiversit\u00e9, origine, la mobilit\u00e9 sociale, orientation sexuelle et personnes travaillant \u00e0 temps partiel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette optique, le cabinet poursuit sa politique de v\u00e9rification des donn\u00e9es de l&rsquo;ensemble de ses collaborateurs pour s&rsquo;assurer que les recrutements s\u2019inscrivent dans une logique inclusive et repr\u00e9sentative, et s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 tout d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre par une strat\u00e9gie de recrutement \u00e9tendue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;atteindre ces objectifs, des indicateurs de performance cl\u00e9s sont d\u00e9sormais pris en compte dans le cadre des recrutements lat\u00e9raux, des promotions et de la r\u00e9tention des talents. Pour affirmer l\u2019engagement de la firme aupr\u00e8s des collaborateurs une s\u00e9rie de mesures a \u00e9t\u00e9 instaur\u00e9es afin de garantir que l&rsquo;entreprise progresse vers les objectifs fix\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces objectifs s\u2019inscrivent dans la continuit\u00e9 des principes fondamentaux de DLA Piper en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion, articul\u00e9s autour des 3 piliers : \u00ab People \u2013 Process &#8211; Objectifs \u00bb mis en place dans le but de consolider la culture du cabinet visant \u00e0 encourager chaque collaborateur \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir pleinement au sein de leur environnement professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un certain nombre d&rsquo;initiatives internationales visant \u00e0 permettre au cabinet d\u2019atteindre ses objectifs ont r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre \u00e0 tous les niveaux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une s\u00e9rie de mesures rigoureuses dans le recrutement des stagiaires visant \u00e0 assurer que le cabinet recrute de jeunes avocats issus d&rsquo;un large \u00e9ventail de milieux sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Elevate : Un nouveau programme de parrainage permettant aux managers d\u2019identifier les exp\u00e9riences et les talents uniques des jeunes collaborateurs issus de milieux sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, afin de les accompagner au fur et \u00e0 mesure de leur progression dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/li><li>Un programme de mentorat invers\u00e9 destin\u00e9 \u00e0 transmettre les connaissances et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience des personnes issues de minorit\u00e9s ethniques aux cadres sup\u00e9rieurs, pour permettre d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension et d&rsquo;aider les managers \u00e0 recruter, d\u00e9velopper et promouvoir de mani\u00e8re proactive les talents issus de milieux sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Le cabinet fait partie de plusieurs r\u00e9seaux qui soutiennent les familles et les soignants, les personnes issues de la communaut\u00e9 LGBT+, les personnes issues de minorit\u00e9s ethniques et les femmes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sein du bureau de Paris, de nombreuses initiatives sont mises en place afin d\u2019inciter chacun \u00e0 prendre des mesures pragmatiques pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la parit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Que ce soit pour faire reculer les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes, c\u00e9l\u00e9brer et reconna\u00eetre les r\u00e9ussites des femmes.
