We&rsquo;re delighted to share it with you.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This report aims to give our stakeholders an account of how we&rsquo;re addressing the sustainability and environment, social and governance (S&amp;ESG) issues that are most important to our firm, and to them. It&rsquo;s for anyone interested in knowing more about our efforts to be a responsible business \u2013 in particular, our current colleagues (and those who may be thinking about working with us), our clients, our business partners, NGOs we work with, and our suppliers. However, we&rsquo;re still at the early stages of our sustainability reporting journey, and our aim is to align with best reporting practice. We know that there are gaps, particularly in our coverage of non-environmental topics. We intend to improve our reporting each year as our data gathering matures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Readers should be aware that this report is a snapshot of our activities over a particular period of time.
