Ce suivi est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents types de mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>>> <a href=\"https:\/\/geodis.com\/fr\/nous-contacter?topic=1&amp;subject=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nous contacter<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La performance sur les sujets de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, l\u2019int\u00e9gration des personnes handicap\u00e9es et les \u00e9missions de CO2&nbsp;est \u00e9valu\u00e9e mensuellement. Le reporting RSE annuel, mis en place depuis 2008, suit les indicateurs sur les sites (certifications, consommations d\u2019\u00e9nergie et d\u2019eau, gestion des d\u00e9chets), sur la flotte de v\u00e9hicules ou encore sur d\u2019autres donn\u00e9es sociales au niveau mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des enqu\u00eates de satisfaction annuelles incluant la RSE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, deux enqu\u00eates de satisfaction sont men\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des clients et des collaborateurs. Plusieurs questions sont d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie RSE de GEODIS, en particulier \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont elle est per\u00e7ue par ces publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une \u00e9valuation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re par des benchmarks externes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, la performance RSE est \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9e par des benchmarks externes&nbsp;: les scores issus des \u00e9valuations extra-financi\u00e8res, en particulier EcoVadis et CDP, les certifications ISO accord\u00e9es aux sites de GEODIS et les \u00e9valuations selon le label GEEIS (Gender Equality European International Standard), pour promouvoir l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle et la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chez GEODIS, nous pilotons notre performance en mati\u00e8re de Responsabilit\u00e9 Soci\u00e9tale d&rsquo;Entreprise dans une perspective d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration continue.
