Nous souhaitons aller plus loin&nbsp;; c\u2019est pourquoi les top managers agissant en faveur de la f\u00e9minisation seront d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9compens\u00e9s dans le cadre de leurs bonus annuels&nbsp;\u00bb annonce Marie-Christine Lombard, Pr\u00e9sidente du directoire de GEODIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouvel indicateur \u00ab\u00a0Environnement, Social &amp; Gouvernance\u00a0\u00bb (ESG) mis en place le 1er Janvier dernier comptera pour 25% du bonus annuel d\u2019un top manager, dont 1\/3 sera d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la parit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes heureux de la progression constante du nombre de femmes occupant des postes de direction chez GEODIS, comme en t\u00e9moignent les r\u00e9centes nominations de Shannon Leffler, Executive Vice President of Human Resources pour la r\u00e9gion Americas ou encore Antje Lochmann, nouvelle Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des activit\u00e9s&nbsp;<em>Contract Logistics<\/em>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<em>Freight Forwarding<\/em>&nbsp;en Allemagne.
