Une m\u00e9thode et un cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence commun, qui visent \u00e0 accompagner les enseignants dans la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de la prise en compte de la durabilit\u00e9 dans les apprentissages et les enseignements. 40 professeurs ont d\u2019ores-et-d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s entre avril et mai. Ce plan d\u2019actions s\u2019inscrit dans une dynamique d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue, anim\u00e9e autour de \u00ab caf\u00e9s Sustainability Mindset \u00bb, rencontres r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, qui d\u00e9marreront d\u2019ici quelques semaines.<br><sup><em>* Approche d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Isabelle Rimanoczy, coordinatrice du groupe Principles of responsible management education (PRME) sur le Sustainability Mindset, sous l&rsquo;\u00e9gide de l&rsquo;ONU (Kassel &amp; Rimanoczy, 2018, p.7)<\/em><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LE SUSTAINABILITY MINDSET, UNE M\u00c9THODE POUR G\u00c9N\u00c9RALISER LA DURABILIT\u00c9 DANS LES COURS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Isabel Rimanoczy, chercheuse am\u00e9ricaine, cr\u00e9atrice du Groupe PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education) Working Group on Sustainability Mindset, le Sustainability Mindset est un ensemble de ressources destin\u00e9es \u00e0 aider les enseignants \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>concevoir des enseignements qui facilitent un apprentissage syst\u00e9mique de la durabilit\u00e9 pour mieux appr\u00e9hender les d\u00e9fis du d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une mani\u00e8re de penser et d\u2019\u00eatre qui pr\u00e9dispose les individus \u00e0 agir pour le&nbsp;<strong>bien de la plan\u00e8te et des \u00eatre humains<\/strong>. Le Sustainability Mindset est compos\u00e9 de&nbsp;<strong>12 principes pour transformer l\u2019\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit tandis que 4 dimensions guident la d\u00e9marche<\/strong>&nbsp;: ecological worldview, systems perspective, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence. Un travail de fond auquel se sont pr\u00eat\u00e9s, par bin\u00f4me, les enseignants d\u2019Excelia et qui s\u2019est articul\u00e9 autour de ces 12 modules, r\u00e9partis autour de 4 dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.excelia-group.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-images\/Sustainability%20Mindset.jpg\" alt=\"Sustainability Mindset\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EXCELIA, PREMI\u00c8RE \u00c9COLE FRAN\u00c7AISE \u00c0 D\u00c9PLOYER LE SUSTAINABILITY MINDSET<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pionnier en mati\u00e8re de RSE et de d\u00e9veloppement durable depuis plus de 20 ans<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Excelia&nbsp;<\/strong>a fait de ces th\u00e9matiques une&nbsp;<strong>priorit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique<\/strong>, tant dans la recherche que dans ses enseignements.
