Selon les pays, ils ont pu acqu\u00e9rir des actions Sopra Steria par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;un fonds commun de placement d\u2019entreprise (FCPE) ou en direct.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019offre de 200 000 actions, correspondant \u00e0 100 000 actions financ\u00e9es par les salari\u00e9s et 100 000 actions attribu\u00e9es gratuitement au titre de l\u2019abondement par Sopra Steria, a \u00e9t\u00e9 sursouscrite \u00e0 plus de 200%. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e exclusivement par cession d\u2019actions existantes.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats de cette offre, Pierre Pasquier, Pr\u00e9sident de Sopra Steria, a salu\u00e9 l\u2019implication des collaborateurs dans le projet d\u2019entreprise : \u00ab <em>En faisant de We Share un succ\u00e8s, nos <\/em><em>collaborateurs t\u00e9moignent de leur engagement au sein d\u2019un Groupe ind\u00e9pendant, alliant un ADN <\/em><em>d\u2019entrepreneurs \u00e0 la force du collectif.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du plan We Share 2022, les actions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es le 5 mai 2022.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019issue de ce plan, les participations g\u00e9r\u00e9es pour le compte des salari\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentent environ 7% du capital et 8% des droits de vote, confortant la position de Sopra Steria parmi les premiers groupes cot\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais en termes d\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9.
