Une situation in\u00e9dite, anxiog\u00e8ne, qui nous oblige \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de solutions nouvelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le monde du logement social, comme dans nombre d\u2019autres secteurs, les enjeux \u00e0 relever sont nombreux, de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 la lutte contre les fragilit\u00e9s qui se renforcent. Et la situation socio-\u00e9conomique, marqu\u00e9e notamment par une augmentation massive des co\u00fbts de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res impacte lourdement nos capacit\u00e9s d\u2019action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais, c\u2019est aussi dans l\u2019adversit\u00e9 que notre mission prend tout son sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez BATIGERE, notre engagement est de proposer une offre de logement de qualit\u00e9, inclusive et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 tous. Port\u00e9s par un projet d\u2019entreprise fond\u00e9 sur le Bailleur Citoyen, nous souhaitons aller au-del\u00e0 de nos missions essentielles de bailleur social.
