Eh bien, en grande partie parce que lorsque leur premier b\u00e9b\u00e9 est n\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2021, Solvay venait de d\u00e9cider d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre son cong\u00e9 parental \u00e0 16 semaines. Un an plus tard, pr\u00e8s de 200 employ\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de cette politique &#8211; autrement dit, 200 b\u00e9b\u00e9s ont rejoint la famille Solvay !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Je n&rsquo;ai jamais entendu parler d&rsquo;une entreprise qui accorde autant de temps aux p\u00e8res. Je me sens extr\u00eamement chanceux<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, dit-il. Il cite le cas de son coll\u00e8gue chez Solvay qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un cong\u00e9 parental plus long que sa femme &#8211; le cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 standard aux \u00c9tats-Unis \u00e9tant de 12 semaines. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler chez Solvay, je savais qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;une entreprise tr\u00e8s orient\u00e9e vers la famille, et j&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 que l&rsquo;importance accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la famille n&rsquo;a cess\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre depuis. Ils se soucient vraiment de leurs employ\u00e9s, et je suis fier de pouvoir me vanter de travailler ici.<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le 1<sup>er\u00a0<\/sup>janvier 2021, tous les employ\u00e9s de Solvay qui deviennent de nouveaux parents ont droit \u00e0 ces m\u00eames 16 semaines de cong\u00e9 parental pay\u00e9, qu&rsquo;ils soient la m\u00e8re, le p\u00e8re, le beau-parent ou l&rsquo;adoptant de l&rsquo;enfant, et quel que soit le pays o\u00f9 ils vivent. Cela fait partie de l&rsquo;extension de notre paquet d&rsquo;avantages\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.solvay.fr\/article\/prendre-soin-une-couverture-sociale-mondiale-pour-tous-les-collaborateurs-solvay\">Solvay Cares<\/a>\u00a0qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tend \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des 21 000 employ\u00e9s du Groupe, et qui couvre \u00e9galement les soins m\u00e9dicaux, l&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;assurance vie. En d\u00e9finitive, Solvay offre de tels avantages afin d&rsquo;offrir une meilleure vie \u00e0 ses employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nouvelle politique parentale rel\u00e8ve sensiblement la barre de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 : Solvay offrait auparavant 14 semaines de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9, 1 semaine pour la paternit\u00e9 et 1 semaine en cas d&rsquo;adoption. En 2020, le cong\u00e9 parental est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 8 semaines aux \u00c9tats-Unis, avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre doubl\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e suivante. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Cette initiative fera beaucoup pour promouvoir la diversit\u00e9, l&rsquo;inclusion et l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/herve-tiberghien\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Herv\u00e9 Tiberghien<\/a>, Directeur des Ressources Humaines du Groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle permet \u00e9galement \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s, partout dans le monde, de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un niveau d&rsquo;avantages in\u00e9dit dans la grande majorit\u00e9 des pays, notamment pour les p\u00e8res. Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques papas qui profitent ou pr\u00e9voient de profiter de leur temps libre avec leur famille nouvellement \u00e9largie ce qu&rsquo;ils pensaient de la politique de Solvay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solvay facilite la vie des familles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai annonc\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 ma femme que mon cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 \u00e9tait prolong\u00e9 de deux mois, elle a cru que je plaisantais<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, raconte Peihan Shi, qui est op\u00e9rateur en usine sur le site de Specialty Polymers \u00e0 Changshu, pr\u00e8s de Shanghai, et dont le premier fils est \u00e9galement n\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2021. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Tous mes amis et mes proches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris aussi<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Je leur suis vraiment reconnaissant<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9 rend les parents plus heureux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Br\u00e9sil,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/joaovictorpancotto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jo\u00e3o Pancotto<\/a>, Responsable de comptes chez Novecare Am\u00e9rique Latine, a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;un des premiers employ\u00e9s de Solvay dans le pays \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la nouvelle politique parentale. Il est \u00ab\u00a0<em>reconnaissant du confort et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 accrus qu&rsquo;elle lui a procur\u00e9s pour vivre ce moment de joie immense<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son compatriote\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/caique-siqueira-piai-0a13aa186\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ca\u00edque Siqueira Piai<\/a>, M\u00e9canicien de maintenance industrielle \u00e0 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 textile de Santo Andr\u00e9 situ\u00e9e \u00e0 S\u00e3o Paulo, s&rsquo;est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de son deuxi\u00e8me enfant. Il a opt\u00e9 pour un cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 de 60 jours par le biais de Solvay Cares, une \u00e9norme am\u00e9lioration par rapport au cong\u00e9 de 5 jours qu&rsquo;il a obtenu pour la naissance de son premier fils, en 2016. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, ma femme a pass\u00e9 quatre jours \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital, puis a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des complications de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison. Il est essentiel pour moi d&rsquo;\u00eatre l\u00e0 cette fois-ci pour aider ma femme \u00e0 se r\u00e9tablir, \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de notre deuxi\u00e8me enfant, \u00e0 aider aux t\u00e2ches m\u00e9nag\u00e8res, etc. Ce seront deux mois de grands soins, de soutien et d&rsquo;apprentissage d&rsquo;une nouvelle routine.<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre le fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre l\u00e0 pour aider aux t\u00e2ches courantes, le cong\u00e9 parental a aussi pour but de cr\u00e9er un lien fort entre le p\u00e8re et le b\u00e9b\u00e9 dans les premi\u00e8res semaines de vie, et d&rsquo;apporter un soutien \u00e9motionnel \u00e0 la m\u00e8re, comme le dit le Dr Bright Kusema, Chercheur au laboratoire de recherche E2P2L \u00e0 Shanghai, dont le deuxi\u00e8me enfant est n\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2021. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ma femme et moi sommes tous deux \u00e9trangers en Chine. En raison des restrictions de voyage caus\u00e9es par la pand\u00e9mie, nos parents n&rsquo;ont pas pu venir nous soutenir. Prendre le cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 de 16 semaines est certainement tr\u00e8s utile pour r\u00e9duire la charge sur ma femme, mais il s&rsquo;agit aussi d&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent et de participer pendant cette p\u00e9riode d\u00e9licate.
