Cet Index de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u comme un outil pratique pour faire progresser l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes au sein des entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2008, le Groupe a engag\u00e9 une politique volontariste en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La part des femmes parmi les effectifs de l\u2019entreprise est ainsi pass\u00e9e&nbsp;<strong>de 24 \u00e0 37 % entre 2008 et 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les efforts de l\u2019entreprise ne se portent pas uniquement sur le recrutement. L\u2019entreprise agit concr\u00e8tement pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes en promouvant des femmes \u00e0 des fonctions de management, y compris au sein des activit\u00e9s de production ou encore en d\u00e9diant, chaque ann\u00e9e, une enveloppe sp\u00e9cifique en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette politique en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes et, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, en faveur de la diversit\u00e9, s\u2019inscrit pleinement en coh\u00e9rence avec la raison d\u2019\u00eatre de l\u2019entreprise, garantissant \u00e0 chacun \u00ab Le Droit d\u2019Etre soi \u00bb, mais aussi avec notre Responsabilit\u00e9 sociale d\u2019entreprise et notre plan strat\u00e9gique Odyss\u00e9e 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En s\u2019inscrivant dans cette d\u00e9marche, IN Groupe ne respecte donc pas uniquement une obligation r\u00e9glementaire.
