Nous sommes ainsi engag\u00e9s dans une d\u00e9marche de pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux. Depuis 2008, une permanence t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique (num\u00e9ro vert) en relation avec des cabinets de psychologues est ouverte. Elle a pour objectif d\u2019apporter aide et soutien \u00e0 nos collaborateurs \u00e0 des moments cl\u00e9s de leur vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une d\u00e9marche plus approfondie<\/strong>&nbsp;de Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail (QVT)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une d\u00e9marche plus approfondie de Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail (QVT) a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e fin 2016 au niveau Groupe. Elle doit \u00eatre un levier pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail, favoriser l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs et am\u00e9liorer la performance de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les actions contribuant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de vie des agents,&nbsp;<strong>le travail en journ\u00e9e et\/ou en continu<\/strong>est depuis longtemps un sujet sur lequel Onet s\u2019est investi en tant qu\u2019employeur responsable.
