NeXt, l\u2019Association des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019X d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la transition \u00e9cologique et \u00e0 la protection de l\u2019environnement, organise du 27 septembre eu 1er<\/sup> octobre la 14e<\/sup> \u00e9dition de la Semaine du R\u00e9veil \u00c9cologique (SREX) comprenant conf\u00e9rences, ateliers, animations et d\u00e9bats autour de cette th\u00e9matique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les temps forts de cette manifestation, deux prises de parole d\u2019experts. Une conf\u00e9rence de Jean-Marc Jancovici (X81), membre du Haut Conseil pour le Climat (HCC), cofondateur du Shift Project et de Carbone 4, sera l\u2019occasion pour ce partisan d\u2019un changement de mod\u00e8le de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois profond et ma\u00eetris\u00e9 de pr\u00e9senter sa vision de la transition au lendemain de la crise sanitaire. Une seconde conf\u00e9rence sera prononc\u00e9e par Pierre Friedlingstein, titulaire d\u2019une chaire de mod\u00e9lisation du syst\u00e8me climatique \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Exeter, membre du World Climate Research Program et lead auteur du GIEC. Il d\u00e9taillera les m\u00e9thodologies et conclusions r\u00e9centes du Global Carbon Project dont il est le coordinateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Divers d\u00e9bats autour des th\u00e8mes de la transition \u00e9cologique seront organis\u00e9s, regroupant \u00e9tudiants et alumni dans l\u2019enceinte de l\u2019X.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des ateliers de construction low-tech <\/em>seront propos\u00e9s aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves et personnels, avec ou sans inscription. Leur but est de familiariser les participants au recyclage et \u00e0 la r\u00e9utilisation d\u2019objets du quotidien, et de cesser des habitudes d\u2019usage unique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un atelier de r\u00e9paration de v\u00e9los sera ouvert \u00e0 tout usager du campus, \u00e9l\u00e8ves comme personnels de l\u2019\u00e9cole, pour mettre en avant ce mode de transport durable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De multiples activit\u00e9s ponctuelles \u00e9mailleront la semaine dont un \u00e9v\u00e8nement musical organis\u00e9 au Jardin Agricole et Botanique (JAB) ou la plantation de l\u2019arbre promotion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La SREX, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Semaine du D\u00e9veloppement Durable \u00e0 l\u2019X (SDDX), s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre plus large de l\u2019engagement de l\u2019\u00c9cole polytechnique et de sa communaut\u00e9 en faveur de la transition \u00e9cologique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors du colloque international \u00ab R\u00e9fleXions : Chercher, former et agir pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00bb, en juin 2019, l\u2019\u00c9cole a pris cinq engagements majeurs<\/a> qui font d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante de sa strat\u00e9gie : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    La mise en place d\u2019une certification de formation au d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    La formation de 100% de ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves au d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un centre interdisciplinaire sur les \u00e9nergies renouvelables<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    Le lancement d\u2019un challenge \u00e9tudiants international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    L\u2019objectif d\u2019un campus neutre en carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle a publi\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2021 un Point d\u2019\u00e9tape <\/a>sur sa trajectoire vers la neutralit\u00e9 carbone \u00e0 horizon 2050.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son Plan climat qui doit est en cours d\u2019\u00e9laboration et sera publi\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2022. Il permettra de fixer un nouveau seuil d\u2019ambition dans l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la transition \u00e9cologique \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de ses activit\u00e9s : actions significatives sur ses infrastructures, int\u00e9gration \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de son offre p\u00e9dagogique, rayonnement de sa recherche et innovation\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
