Et c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 chose faite pour plusieurs de nos partenaires qui multiplient les d\u00e9marches et les actions en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de chaque collaborateur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au travers de son Guide \u00ab\u00a0Introduction \u00e0 la Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail, le\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/medef\/posts\/\">MEDEF<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0propose d\u2019aider les entreprises dans leur construction d\u2019une d\u00e9marche QVT.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De leurs cot\u00e9,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/continental\/posts\/\">Continental<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>ou encore l\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anact.fr\">ANACT<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0organisent de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente, bon nombre d\u2019actions et d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nements autour de cette th\u00e9matique.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les<a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/adp\/posts\/\">\u00a0<strong>groupes ADP<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/onet\/posts\/\">Onet<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/groupevivaltosante\/posts\/\">Vivalto Sant\u00e9<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/sagemcom\/posts\/\">SagemCom<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0ou encore\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/tdf\/posts\/\">TDF<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0se positionnent \u00e9galement sur ce sujet en proposant des programmes en interne pour am\u00e9liorer le quotidien des salari\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Zoom sur le devoir de vigilance&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment aborder le th\u00e8me de la protection des droits humains sans s\u2019attarder sur la loi relative au devoir de vigilance&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marqu\u00e9e comme une r\u00e9elle avanc\u00e9e, cette loi a permis de responsabiliser les entreprises et de r\u00e9parer \u00e0 la fois, les violations faites aux droits humains, mais \u00e9galement les dommages environnementaux engendr\u00e9s par leurs activit\u00e9s ainsi que celles de leurs filiales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Forum est ainsi fier de compter parmi ses partenaires, des cabinets d\u2019avocats tels qu\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/allen_et_overy\/posts\/\">Allen &amp; Overy<\/a><\/strong>, et<a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/cliffordchance\/posts\/\">\u00a0<strong>Clifford Chance<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0qui nous permettent de mieux comprendre, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur implication sur cette th\u00e9matique, les questions relatives au devoir de vigilance, au niveau national mais \u00e9galement au niveau europ\u00e9en.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lutter contre la corruption en entreprise&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Que dit la loi en mati\u00e8re de corruption et comment l\u2019appliquer en entreprise&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La loi dite Sapin II a \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de notre th\u00e9matique concernant la protection des droits humains puisque cette derni\u00e8re permet \u00e0 la fois de freiner mais aussi de faire connaitre les comportements contraires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de nombreux dispositifs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs de nos partenaires, sensibilis\u00e9s sur la question, s\u2019engagent en ce sens afin de respecter les plus hauts standards de transparence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On pense notamment, de mani\u00e8re non exhaustive\u00a0au<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/adp\/posts\/\">groupe ADP<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/onet\/posts\/\">ONET<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/sagemcom\/posts\/\">SagemCom<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/tdf\/posts\/\">TDF<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0ou bien encore\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/safran\/posts\/\">Safran<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0qui se sont arm\u00e9 de codes de conduite et charte \u00e9thique destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention et \u00e0 la d\u00e9tection des risques de corruption.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Augmenter l\u2019impact collectif mondial&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Donner un visage humain au march\u00e9 mondial, c\u2019est l\u00e0 l\u2019objectif du Pacte Mondial des Nations Unies. Reconnue comme la plus grande initiative internationale d\u2019engagement volontaire en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable, le Pacte Mondial offre \u00e0 ses membres un cadre, construit sur la base de Dix principes, \u00e0 respecter en mati\u00e8re de droits humains, de droit du travail, d\u2019environnement et de lutte contre la corruption.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saluons des partenaires tels que\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/geodis\/posts\/\">GEODIS<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/members\/nutriset\/posts\/\">NUTRISET<\/a><\/strong>, signataires de ce Pacte mondial.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un grand merci \u00e0 tous nos membres qui ont r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 un article sur ces sujets.
