Dans une volont\u00e9 de valoriser les comp\u00e9tences professionnelles, ce 4e accord s\u2019inscrit pleinement dans les ambitions du Projet Industriel et Humain 2020-2025 d\u2019Enedis pour un emploi responsable et le d\u00e9veloppement de parcours professionnels pour tous les salari\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Favoriser l\u2019employabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de cet Accord Handicap&nbsp;2021-2023, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un agr\u00e9ment des pouvoirs publics, Enedis se fixe pour objectif d\u2019atteindre un taux d\u2019emploi de travailleurs en situation de handicap \u00e0 hauteur de 6&nbsp;% de ses effectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cela, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019engage&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00e0 recruter au moins 120 salari\u00e9s handicap\u00e9s sur 3 ans,<\/li><li>\u00e0 accueillir au moins 90 nouveaux alternants en situation de handicap sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, Enedis s\u2019engage \u00e0 soutenir \u00e0 minima 600 emplois dans le secteur du travail prot\u00e9g\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ce jour, plus de 1&nbsp;700 salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap exercent diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers au sein d\u2019Enedis, dans les m\u00e9tiers techniques et tertiaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Ce nouvel accord\u00a02021-2023 pour l\u2019emploi et l\u2019insertion des personnes en situation de handicap contribue \u00e0 la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 d\u2019un service public toujours plus responsable et engag\u00e9, au service des Fran\u00e7ais. Afin de prendre en compte les conditions sp\u00e9cifiques auxquelles peuvent \u00eatre confront\u00e9s ces salari\u00e9s et pr\u00e9venir toute discrimination sur l\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle, Enedis s\u2019engage \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer un plan d\u2019actions visant \u00e0 supprimer l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre la population en situation de handicap et la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soutenir les parents d\u2019enfants en situation de handicap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consciente des d\u00e9fis auxquelles sont confront\u00e9s les salari\u00e9s parents d\u2019enfants handicap\u00e9s, Enedis renouvelle son choix de les soutenir, avec un forfait annuel pour faire face aux frais suppl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9s au handicap de l\u2019enfant.
