Leurs attentes ont consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9, ou se sont du moins beaucoup plus affirm\u00e9es. L\u2019adoption des usages num\u00e9riques via le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et la flexibilit\u00e9 qu\u2019il permet, ont notamment permis d\u2019entrevoir un meilleur \u00e9quilibre de vie. Toutes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations confondues, c\u2019est le rapport au travail d\u2019une mani\u00e8re globale qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 boulevers\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son intervention, il revient sur ses exp\u00e9riences de DRH dans des entreprises internationales (Danone et Pernod Ricard)&nbsp;&nbsp;les ambiances et probl\u00e9matiques du moment li\u00e9es au engagement des collaborateurs&nbsp;&nbsp;(comme le \u00ab&nbsp;quiet quitting&nbsp;\u00bb, ou la d\u00e9mission silencieuse).
