{"id":1000008671,"date":"2022-12-01T11:17:53","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T10:17:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/?p=1000008671"},"modified":"2022-12-01T11:17:54","modified_gmt":"2022-12-01T10:17:54","slug":"la-derniere-enquete-de-libe-met-en-lumiere-la-vision-des-collaborateurs-sur-lethique-au-travail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/la-derniere-enquete-de-libe-met-en-lumiere-la-vision-des-collaborateurs-sur-lethique-au-travail\/","title":{"rendered":"La derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate de l&rsquo;IBE met en lumi\u00e8re la vision des collaborateurs sur l&rsquo;\u00e9thique au travail"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Plus d\u2019un tiers des employ\u00e9s pensent que les valeurs \u00e9thiques<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;au sein de leur organisation se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de Covid 19 (37%), et moins d\u2019un employ\u00e9 sur 10 pensent qu\u2019elles se sont d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9es (8%), d\u2019apr\u00e8s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.org.uk\/ethicsatwork2021.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les derni\u00e8res recherches de l\u2019<em>Institute of Business Ethics&nbsp;<\/em>(IBE)<\/a>.<br><\/strong><strong>En 2021, l\u2019IBE a interrog\u00e9 environ 10 000 employ\u00e9s dans 13 pays (dont la France) pour en savoir plus sur leurs attitudes et leurs perceptions de l\u2019\u00e9thique dans leur organisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonnes nouvelles\u2026 et mauvaises nouvelles\u2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que 86% des employ\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent que l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 est toujours ou fr\u00e9quemment pratiqu\u00e9e au sein de leur organisation, et que 53% disent que leur organisation a un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.org.uk\/resource\/speak-up-factsheet.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dispositif \u00ab Speak Up \u00bb<\/a>&nbsp;(\u00ab&nbsp;s\u2019exprimer&nbsp;\u00bb) permettant de signaler une faute de mani\u00e8re confidentielle,&nbsp;<strong>seulement 57% des employ\u00e9s ayant eu connaissance d\u2019un probl\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9thique disent avoir fait part de leurs pr\u00e9occupations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, l\u2019IBE note qu\u2019un nombre choquant de&nbsp;<strong>deux cinqui\u00e8mes des employ\u00e9s qui ont parl\u00e9 d\u2019un manquement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique disent avoir subi des repr\u00e9sailles en cons\u00e9quence (43%).<\/strong>&nbsp;Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s (48%) des organisations disposant d\u2019un programme d\u2019\u00e9thique complet d\u00e9clarent que leur sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique r\u00e9compense les employ\u00e9s qui obtiennent de bons r\u00e9sultats, m\u00eame s\u2019ils utilisent des pratiques \u00e9thiquement discutables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un aper\u00e7u des tendances en France<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019I\u00c9SEG, par le biais de son&nbsp;<em>Center of Excellence for Organizational Responsibility<\/em>&nbsp;(ICOR), est l\u2019un des partenaires nationaux de ce projet de l\u2019IBE<\/strong>, aidant \u00e0 fournir des informations pour les d\u00e9veloppements en France. Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate fran\u00e7aise 2021&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.org.uk\/ethicsatwork2021\/countryresults\/france.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment sur cette page du site de l\u2019IBE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Par rapport \u00e0 2018, l\u2019opinion des salari\u00e9s sur l\u2019\u00e9thique au travail en France s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, ajoute l\u2019IBE. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ils sont plus susceptibles de penser que l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 est pratiqu\u00e9e sur le lieu de travail, ils sont moins susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre au courant de comportements r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles et de se sentir pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 compromettre les normes de comportement de leur organisation.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que les employ\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais et allemands sont parmi les plus susceptibles de dire que l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 est toujours ou fr\u00e9quemment pratiqu\u00e9e dans leur organisation (89%)<\/strong>, tout comme leurs coll\u00e8gues suisses (91%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pourcentage de salari\u00e9s qui se sont sentis contraints de transiger sur les r\u00e8gles de comportement de leur organisation a sensiblement diminu\u00e9 en France par rapport \u00e0 2018 (9 % contre 20 %). Il s\u2019agit du niveau le plus bas jamais enregistr\u00e9 dans le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les 13 pays sond\u00e9s, la France est l\u2019un des quatre o\u00f9 moins de 10% des employ\u00e9s signalent ce genre de pression. La source principale de pression pour les salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais \u00e9tait due au fait de suivre les ordres de leur patron (34%), suivie par la pression due temps au temps\/\u00e0 des d\u00e9lais non r\u00e9alistes (28%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plusieurs points doivent \u00eatre abord\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, l\u2019IBE souligne plusieurs probl\u00e8mes qui doivent encore \u00eatre r\u00e9solus en France. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Bien que plus fr\u00e9quente que par le pass\u00e9, la mise \u00e0 disposition des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pour un programme d\u2019\u00e9thique reste moins courante que dans d\u2019autres pays et les employ\u00e9s ont des avis mitig\u00e9s sur l\u2019engagement de leur sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9thique, ainsi que sur la capacit\u00e9 de leur organisation \u00e0 s\u2019engager efficacement aupr\u00e8s des parties prenantes internes et externes<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, l\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que seuls\u00a0<strong>58% disent que leur sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique explique l\u2019importance de l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9thique dans leur travail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le professeur Simone DE COLLE, professeur d\u2019\u00e9thique des affaires \u00e0 l\u2019I\u00c9SEG, explique : \u00ab\u00a0Globalement, il est tr\u00e8s encourageant de constater que moins d\u2019un salari\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais sur 10 d\u00e9clare avoir subi des pressions pour compromettre les normes de conduite de son entreprise. La pand\u00e9mie a peut-\u00eatre aid\u00e9 certaines entreprises \u00e0 red\u00e9couvrir le c\u00f4t\u00e9 humain des affaires\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>N\u00e9anmoins, il est inqui\u00e9tant de constater que les salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais sont parmi les plus susceptibles de subir une forme de repr\u00e9sailles lorsqu\u2019ils s\u2019expriment. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux (60 %) ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir subi une forme de d\u00e9savantage ou de repr\u00e9sailles apr\u00e8s avoir fait part de leurs pr\u00e9occupations, soit le niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 parmi les 13 pays \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. L\u2019enqu\u00eate souligne que certains employ\u00e9s ont encore peur de faire part de leurs pr\u00e9occupations.&nbsp; Il est donc important que les entreprises fassent des efforts pour promouvoir une culture ouverte et inclusive, avec des canaux permettant aux employ\u00e9s de s\u2019exprimer. Le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un bon environnement d\u2019\u00e9coute est judicieux pour les entreprises car il contribue \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la confiance et l\u2019engagement<\/em>\u00ab&nbsp;,
