Qu\u2019elles soient responsables de production, techniciennes de maintenance ou directrices qualit\u00e9, chercheuses en R&amp;D ou apprenties, les femmes occupent tous les m\u00e9tiers chez ArcelorMittal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attirer les talents f\u00e9minins&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ArcelorMittal a pour objectif de soutenir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9\u202fdes chances et d\u2019\u00e9largir encore son vivier de talents en recrutant et promouvant les femmes au sein de ses structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ArcelorMittal compte 14,5&nbsp;% de femmes parmi ses salari\u00e9s en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diff\u00e9rentes actions sont men\u00e9es nationalement et localement pour promouvoir les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019acier afin d\u2019encourager les femmes \u00e0 rejoindre l\u2019entreprise\u202f\u00a0: interventions dans les coll\u00e8ges et les lyc\u00e9es, visites de sites, relation avec les grandes \u00e9coles, partenariat avec l\u2019association Elles bougent\u202f, op\u00e9ration Femmes de steel\u202f sur le site de Fos-sur-Mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ArcelorMittal progresse encore en 2021 et atteint la note de 94 points sur 100 \u00e0 l\u2019index d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, l\u2019index ArcelorMittal en France s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 94 points sur 100, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de calcul fournie par le Minist\u00e8re du Travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce score marque\u202fune forte progression\u202f&nbsp;: +5 points\u202fpar rapport \u00e0 l\u2019index de 2020.
