{"id":1000009002,"date":"2022-12-22T11:11:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-22T10:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/?p=1000009002"},"modified":"2022-12-13T11:13:53","modified_gmt":"2022-12-13T10:13:53","slug":"egalite-femmes-hommes-et-lutte-contre-les-discriminations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/egalite-femmes-hommes-et-lutte-contre-les-discriminations\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9galit\u00e9 femmes \/ hommes et lutte contre les discriminations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans le cadre de notre engagement en faveur d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus inclusive et responsable, nous agissons et affirmons notre posture en faveur de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres et la lutte contre toute forme de violence et de discrimination.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00e9minisation de la gouvernance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;Ecole, emlyon s&rsquo;est dot\u00e9 de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et a renforc\u00e9 la place des femmes au sein de son \u00e9quipe dirigeante. En 2021 la part des femmes dans les instances de gouvernance est la suivante\u202f: le directoire est compos\u00e9 de 60% femmes (3 femmes \/ 5 membre), le comit\u00e9 de direction est compos\u00e9 de 42% femmes (10 femmes \/ 24 membres)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Politique d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes \/ hommes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Notre effectif \u00e9tant compos\u00e9 \u00e0 64% de collaboratrices sur l&rsquo;ensemble des campus, et \u00e0 66% en France, la promotion de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 femme-homme est l&rsquo;un des axes majeurs de notre politique sociale. Au-del\u00e0 de la&nbsp;<strong>Charte emlyon en faveur de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femmes-hommes<\/strong>&nbsp;sign\u00e9e en 2014 par Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, un&nbsp;<strong>Accord d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 femme homme et politique d&rsquo;inclusion<\/strong>&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu d\u00e8s d\u00e9cembre 2018, ent\u00e9rinant les actions men\u00e9es au niveau du groupe afin d&rsquo;encourager de fa\u00e7on proactive les femmes \u00e0 demander des promotions et des opportunit\u00e9s de mobilit\u00e9 au sein de notre organisation.&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/speakup.emlyon.com\/\">speakup.emlyon.com<\/a>&nbsp;: la Direction de la&nbsp;<strong>RSE<\/strong>&nbsp;en collaboration avec les \u00e9quipes RH, juridique et les \u00e9tudiants a mis en place en 2020 un&nbsp;<strong>dispositif de lutte contre les Discriminations et les Violences Sexistes et Sexuelles (VSS)<\/strong>&nbsp;avec la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un protocole de signalement, une plateforme de signalement en ligne accessible aux \u00e9tudiant.e.s et aux collaborateur.rice.s de l&rsquo;Ecole, l&rsquo;identification de r\u00e9f\u00e9rents (Wellness center, RH, Juridique), des sessions de sensibilisation et de formation pour les collaborateurs, professeurs et mandats associatifs (+50 collaborateurs form\u00e9s \/ +150 \u00e9tudiants form\u00e9s en janvier 2021).&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ces actions sont soutenues par des activit\u00e9s et initiatives \u00e9tudiantes telles que\u202f:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le collectif Olympe<\/strong>\u00a0est un collectif d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants de promotion de l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes\/femmes<\/strong>\u00a0et de\u00a0<strong>lutte contre le sexisme<\/strong>\u00a0initi\u00e9 par une quinzaine d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants et d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiantes en 2017. La cr\u00e9ation a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par la direction de l&rsquo;Ecole. Il r\u00e9unit aujourd&rsquo;hui plus de 50 \u00e9tudiant(e)s et 12 professeur(e)s autours d&rsquo;actions telles que des soir\u00e9es d\u00e9bat, des conf\u00e9rences et surtout lors de la Womens&rsquo;week qui rassemble chaque ann\u00e9e toutes les associations \u00e9tudiantes et les \u00e9quipes de l&rsquo;Ecole autour du sujet de l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9galit\u00e9<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une association de d\u00e9fenseurs des droits LGBT: \u00abem&rsquo;brace\u00bb<\/strong>. Le but de cette association est de sensibiliser les \u00e9tudiants au sujet LGBT + et d&rsquo;\u00eatre une plateforme de soutien.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>#balancetonstage<\/strong>\u00a0| Une\u00a0<strong>initiative contre le sexisme<\/strong>\u00a0en entreprise produite par trois \u00e9tudiant.e.s de l&rsquo;Ecole. T\u00e9moins mais aussi victimes de sexisme lors de leur stage, ils et elles ont sond\u00e9 et r\u00e9colt\u00e9 de nombreux t\u00e9moignages afin de cr\u00e9er \u00ab le petit manuel du sexisme \u00bb qui a pour objectif de donner des outils et des cl\u00e9s pour aider nos \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 comprendre ce qu&rsquo;est le sexisme.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accompagnement et formations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Face aux&nbsp;<strong>difficult\u00e9s des femmes dans le monde professionnel<\/strong>&nbsp;en mati\u00e8re de&nbsp;<strong>discrimination<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>traitement non \u00e9quitable<\/strong>, nous avons mis en place des formations visant \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer les pratiques\u202f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Des ateliers d&rsquo;\u00ab empowerment \u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;sont propos\u00e9s aux \u00e9tudiantes afin de les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 des situations du monde professionnel, notamment en mati\u00e8re de n\u00e9gociations salariales et d&rsquo;autocensures face \u00e0 des demandes d&rsquo;\u00e9volution au sein d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/executive.em-lyon.com\/Formations\/Certificats\/OCA-Objectif-Conseil-d-Administration\"><strong>Certificat Objectif Conseil d&rsquo;Administratrion<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;vise \u00e0 donner aux femmes toute leur place dans les entreprises. Ce programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2014 par emlyon en partenariat avec HerValue &#8211; agence de recrutement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le placement de femmes membres de conseils d&rsquo;administration. Ce programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre de la \u00abLoi Copp\u00e9 Zimmermann\u00bb visant \u00e0 soutenir la diversit\u00e9 &#8211; et imposant un quota minimum de femmes dans les conseils d&rsquo;administration. Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation nous avons form\u00e9 environ 200 participantes. Plus de 40% des femmes qui ont suivi ce cours sont actuellement, ou ont \u00e9t\u00e9, membres d&rsquo;un conseil.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cadre de notre
