Le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02019-15 du 8 janvier 2019 pr\u00e9cise les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019application et de calcul de l\u2019Index. Le texte est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 1er janvier 2019<\/li><li><strong>Toutes les entreprises d\u2019au moins 50 salari\u00e9s devront chaque ann\u00e9e calculer et rendre public la note de l\u2019Index<\/strong>, exprim\u00e9e en nombre de points.<\/li><li>Un\u00a0<strong>am\u00e9nagement de mise en application<\/strong>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9\u00a0<strong>en fonction de la taille des entreprises<\/strong>\u00a0:<br>&#8211; le\u00a0<strong>01\/03\/2019<\/strong>\u00a0pour les entreprises de<strong>\u00a0plus de 1.000 salari\u00e9s<\/strong><br>&#8211; le\u00a0<strong>01\/09\/2019<\/strong>\u00a0pour les entreprises de plus de<strong>\u00a0250 \u00e0 1.000 salari\u00e9s<\/strong><br>&#8211; le\u00a0<strong>01\/03\/2020<\/strong>\u00a0pour les entreprises de\u00a0<strong>50 \u00e0 250 salari\u00e9s<\/strong><\/li><li>La note de l\u2019index,<strong>\u00a0sur 100 points<\/strong>, est construite \u00e0 partir d\u2019une m\u00e9thodologie bas\u00e9e sur le calcul de\u00a0<strong>5 indicateurs<\/strong>\u00a0(simplifi\u00e9 \u00e0 4 indicateurs pour les entreprises de 50 \u00e0 250 salari\u00e9s) :<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"695\" height=\"291\" src=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/index5criteres.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1000009284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/index5criteres.jpg 695w, https:\/\/forum-engagement.org\/2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/index5criteres-450x188.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 695px) 100vw, 695px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La note de l\u2019index est obtenue par la somme des points calcul\u00e9s pour chacun des indicateurs.
