Eh oui, s\u2019il est difficile de recruter, c\u2019est parce que les candidat.e.s pr\u00eats \u00e0 dire \u00ab oui \u00bb sont rare et, c\u2019est bien connu, tout ce qui est rare est pr\u00e9cieux !
