Et je parle \u00e0 dessein de perception car, je le vois quotidiennement, il existe un fort d\u00e9calage entre ce que font v\u00e9ritablement les entreprises concernant le bien-\u00eatre de ses salari\u00e9s, et la perception qu\u2019ils en ont : probl\u00e8me de diffusion de l\u2019information, tout simplement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, les r\u00e9sultats du sondage sont assez n\u00e9gatifs, mais il ne faut pas les analyser comme \u00e9tant une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 absolue de ce qui se passe au sein des entreprises, mais bien d\u2019une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue pointant du doigt qu\u2019une action visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s, si ces derniers n\u2019en sont pas inform\u00e9s\u2026 \u00e0 quoi bon ? Sur les 3 835 personnes ayant r\u00e9pondu au sondage, seules 34% consid\u00e8rent que les entreprises ont une action satisfaisante ou tr\u00e8s satisfaisante concernant leur bien-\u00eatre au travail. C\u2019est peu\u2026 tr\u00e8s peu\u2026 trop peu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En termes de bien-\u00eatre au travail, il y a, comme en beaucoup de choses, le savoir-faire et le faire savoir. Or, en ces temps de grande d\u00e9mission et de quiet quitting, s\u2019il existe bien un \u00e9l\u00e9ment absolument cl\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact qu\u2019ont ces deux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes sur l\u2019entreprise, c\u2019est le bien-\u00eatre au travail. Je n\u2019ai absolument aucun doute sur le fait que le bien-\u00eatre au travail fasse partie des pr\u00e9occupations d\u2019une \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 de DRH et de dirigeant.e.s\u2026 mais alors quoi ? Comment se fait-il que 65% des salari\u00e9s aient le sentiment que ce n\u2019est pas le cas ? Et surtout, comment corriger cela ?
