La motivation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00catre motiv\u00e9, c\u2019est avoir un objectif, faire un effort et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer pour l\u2019atteindre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les travaux de nombreux chercheurs ont montr\u00e9 que les d\u00e9terminants de la motivation sont multiples et complexes : gain, salaire, conditions de travail et dynamique du groupe, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, statut, autonomie, reconnaissance de la hi\u00e9rarchie, \u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La motivation rel\u00e8ve de la prise de conscience d\u2019un manque et de la possibilit\u00e9 de le combler pour satisfaire un besoin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle est temporaire : le manque combl\u00e9, la motivation retombe.<\/p>\n\n\n

Dans le dictionnaire, s\u2019impliquer est un synonyme de s\u2019engager et inversement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour que le collaborateur s\u2019implique, il faut qu\u2019il adh\u00e8re \u00e0 la fois aux valeurs et \u00e0 la raison d\u2019\u00eatre de son entreprise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce n\u2019est pas seulement avoir le sentiment d\u2019appartenir \u00e0 l\u2019organisation, mais c\u2019est aussi croire r\u00e9ellement en ce qu\u2019on fait, en ce pour quoi on le fait, individuellement et collectivement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
