Et si le d\u00e9veloppement de la marque employeur et celui d\u2019une r\u00e9elle politique de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale de l\u2019entreprise (RSE) \u00e9taient la solution\u202f?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autres temps, autres m\u0153urs\u2026&nbsp;<\/strong>Aujourd\u2019hui, pr\u00e8s des deux tiers des consommateurs font leurs achats en fonction des actions men\u00e9es par les marques en mati\u00e8re de RSE\u2009(1). Et cette prise de conscience n\u2019\u00e9pargne pas le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Ainsi, la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui arrive s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie collaborative, aux enjeux soci\u00e9taux et environnementaux, au bien-\u00eatre au travail\u2026 En effet, d\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019Observatoire salari\u00e9s et entreprises responsables (2), 55\u202f% des collaborateurs estiment que l\u2019engagement social ou environnemental d\u2019une entreprise est un crit\u00e8re plus important que le salaire \u2013 proportion qui atteint m\u00eame 76\u202f% chez les \u00ab\u2009millennials\u202f\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont d\u2019ailleurs de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 vouloir s\u2019engager dans la d\u00e9marche, puisque 67\u202f% souhaitent \u00eatre \u00ab\u2009force de proposition sur ce qui leur semble important en mati\u00e8re de RSE dans leur entreprise\u202f\u00bb. Cette d\u00e9marche d\u00e9veloppe un sentiment de fiert\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9panouissement et d\u2019adh\u00e9sion aux valeurs de l\u2019entreprise. Elle participera ainsi \u00e0 la fid\u00e9lisation des collaborateurs, mais \u00e9galement au recrutement de nouveaux talents puisque \u00ab\u200983\u202f% des salari\u00e9s engag\u00e9s dans une initiative de leur entreprise recommanderaient leur employeur (3)\u202f\u00bb. Les collaborateurs sont en effet les meilleurs ambassadeurs d\u2019une entreprise s\u2019ils s\u2019y sentent bien, sans oublier qu\u2019un salari\u00e9 \u00e9cout\u00e9 et valoris\u00e9 est beaucoup plus productif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les crit\u00e8res pour d\u00e9finir&nbsp;<\/strong>une entreprise responsable sont multiples : utilisation de technologies et de ressources propres ; mesures en faveur de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 ; garantie de bonnes conditions de travail\u2009; priorit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019emploi local ; limitation de son impact sur l\u2019environnement ; lutte contre la corruption et promotion des valeurs de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 ; ouverture au dialogue et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des collaborateurs. Chaque entreprise r\u00e9alise quotidiennement des actions RSE sans s\u2019en rendre compte. Pour aider ses adh\u00e9rents \u00e0 mesurer les impacts concrets de leur d\u00e9marche RSE, la FFB a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00ab\u2009B\u00e2tisseur responsable\u2009\u00bb, un outil simple et pratique qui permet d\u2019\u00e9tablir un diagnostic et de mesurer les actions qu\u2019il reste \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper. Des actions \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 men\u00e9es depuis longtemps en mati\u00e8re de formation, car nous souhaitons garder les comp\u00e9tences en interne. Plusieurs apprentis ont commenc\u00e9 chez nous \u00e0 16 ans avec un CAP peinture et sont devenus conducteurs de travaux, par exemple. Mais notre d\u00e9marche n\u2019\u00e9tait pas r\u00e9ellement organis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment avez-vous d\u00e9marr\u00e9 votre d\u00e9marche de RSE ?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment l\u2019avez-vous structur\u00e9e ?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis environ deux ans, la direction s\u2019est empar\u00e9e du sujet pour faire de la RSE un levier de notre plan d\u2019action. \u00ab B\u00e2tisseur responsable \u00bb nous a permis de faire le point sur ce que nous faisions d\u00e9j\u00e0 et sur les actions qu\u2019il restait \u00e0 mener. Nous avons \u00e9galement pu nous comparer \u00e0 d\u2019autres entreprises et fixer des objectifs pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 atteindre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont vos prochains objectifs ?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous allons d\u00e9velopper la pr\u00e9vention en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en mettant en place notamment les Quarts d\u2019heure s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Nous nous sommes \u00e9galement aper\u00e7us que nous n\u2019avions pas r\u00e9dig\u00e9 de charte en mati\u00e8re de discrimination, or c\u2019est un sujet que nous prenons tr\u00e8s \u00e0 c\u0153ur.
