C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette recherche qui guide notre&nbsp;<strong>d\u00e9marche RSE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que cabinet engag\u00e9 dans la RSE, nous avons conscience de la double dimension de notre r\u00f4le : d\u2019une part, dans l\u2019accompagnement de nos clients et les conseils que nous leur fournissons, d\u2019autre part, dans notre fa\u00e7on de g\u00e9rer le cabinet, dans le but d\u2019am\u00e9liorer notre performance et notre durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre ambition est de donner encore plus de sens \u00e0 nos actions en nous engageant dans de nombreuses activit\u00e9s ayant un impact positif sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et sur l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UN PLAN D&rsquo;ACTIONS&nbsp;AUTOUR DE 4 PILIERS&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un plan d\u2019actions concr\u00e8tes port\u00e9es par les valeurs du cabinet que sont&nbsp;<em>\u00ab engagement, ouverture, collectif \u00bb<\/em>, notre d\u00e9marche RSE se d\u00e9cline autour de 4 piliers :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EMPLOYEUR RESPONSABLE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Soucieux d\u2019\u00eatre socialement responsable et engag\u00e9, le cabinet s\u2019implique aupr\u00e8s de ses \u00e9quipes en favorisant le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, en am\u00e9liorant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre au travail, en encourageant l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, tout en veillant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie priv\u00e9e et professionnelle. Respect\u00e9e depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, la parit\u00e9 fait partie de notre ADN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMPACT ENVIRONNEMENTAL<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre cabinet contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des impacts environnementaux, axe essentiel du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Ainsi, nous avons men\u00e9 des actions internes dites&nbsp;<em>Smart Green<\/em>&nbsp;englobant entre autres la r\u00e9duction des impressions, de plastique, du volume des d\u00e9chets produits. Nous avons \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un bilan carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMPACT SOCI\u00c9TAL<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les membres de notre entreprise s\u2019investissent dans des actions de solidarit\u00e9 en mettant leurs comp\u00e9tences et leurs temps au service de certaines causes (notamment en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9cologie et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation pour les personnes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es), en accordant un soutien financier \u00e0 des initiatives choisies, et en agissant ainsi concr\u00e8tement aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GOUVERNANCE ET \u00c9THIQUE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre cabinet a instaur\u00e9 une organisation bas\u00e9e sur la prise de d\u00e9cision collective gr\u00e2ce ses diff\u00e9rents organes de direction. Afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer l\u2019ensemble des avocats et salari\u00e9s au fonctionnement du cabinet, diff\u00e9rents comit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NOTRE RAPPORT&nbsp;RSE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>LPA-CGR avocats a \u00e9t\u00e9 le 1er cabinet d\u2019avocats \u00e0 publier un rapport RSE en 2014. Nous avons depuis poursuivi et intensifi\u00e9 notre engagement en faveur de la performance sociale et environnementale de notre entreprise.
