At the same time, ESG issues are receiving increased attention in the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hamilton stated that contemporary international arbitration emerged from and has depended on \u00ab\u00a0the globalization era\u00a0\u00bb that followed the Cold War.
