From whether the transaction complies with applicable laws to considering the broader context of the transaction,\u00a0\u00bb Brayton-Lewis said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lynd discussed the demand from investors and customers: \u00ab\u00a0The support for the work has increased due to capital markets demanding ESG disclosures.
