Au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022, les participations g\u00e9r\u00e9es** pour le compte des salari\u00e9s du Groupe repr\u00e9sentaient 6,4% du capital et 8,1% des droits de vote, positionnant Sopra Steria parmi les premiers groupes cot\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais en mati\u00e8re d\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En ajoutant les actions d\u00e9tenues directement au nominatif par les salari\u00e9s et anciens salari\u00e9s du Groupe, ces pourcentages s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 ce jour \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 10% du capital et 13% des droits de vote.<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouveau plan s\u2019inscrit dans la volont\u00e9 de Sopra Steria d\u2019associer durablement les collaborateurs \u00e0 la<br \/>\nr\u00e9ussite du projet d\u2019entreprise et \u00e0 la performance du Groupe. \u201c<em>Avec ce nouveau plan, nous souhaitons<\/em><br \/>\n<em>reconna\u00eetre l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs au service de l\u2019entreprise et soutenir notre projet de Groupe ind\u00e9pendant, alliant un ADN d\u2019entrepreneurs \u00e0 la force du collectif<\/em>\u201d, d\u00e9clare Pierre Pasquier, Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u2019administration de Sopra Steria Group.<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil d\u2019administration du 11 janvier 2023 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre de ce nouveau plan<br \/>\nd\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9 selon les m\u00eames conditions que les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, compte tenu de leur succ\u00e8s. L\u2019offre sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par une cession d\u2019actions existantes.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au plan We Share 2023, les collaborateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019un abondement net correspondant \u00e0 une action gratuite pour une action acquise, dans la limite de 3 000 euros d\u2019apport personnel. Selon les pays, ils pourront acqu\u00e9rir des actions Sopra Steria par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;un fonds commun de placement d\u2019entreprise (FCPE) ou en direct.<\/p>\n<p>Le prix d\u2019acquisition sera \u00e9gal \u00e0 la moyenne des cours moyens pond\u00e9r\u00e9s des volumes de l\u2019action Sopra<br \/>\nSteria sur le march\u00e9 Euronext Paris durant les vingt s\u00e9ances de bourse pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la date de la d\u00e9cision du Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pr\u00e9vue le 24 mars, fixant le prix d&rsquo;acquisition et l\u2019ouverture de la p\u00e9riode de souscription.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;offre est soumise au plafond global de 200 000 actions, correspondant \u00e0 100 000 actions financ\u00e9es par les salari\u00e9s et 100 000 actions attribu\u00e9es gratuitement au titre de l\u2019abondement.
