L’\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les Femmes et les Hommes est l’un des engagements forts de Malakoff Humanis, inscrit dans son contrat social et sa politique RSE.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n
Depuis 2018, l’index de l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle permet d’\u00e9valuer l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes dans les entreprises de plus de 50 salari\u00e9s.\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa politique volontariste en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, Malakoff Humanis am\u00e9liore son index en obtenant\u202f96 points sur 100\u202fen 2022<\/a>. Cette progression de 11 points sur 2 ans traduit de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te les actions men\u00e9es en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle et de l\u2019inclusion de toutes et de tous.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

S\u00e9verine Rolquin-Bluet, directrice d\u00e9veloppement et coh\u00e9sion sociale chez Malakoff Humanis a par ailleurs rappel\u00e9 l’engagement du groupe en faveur de la diversit\u00e9 et de la non-discrimination \u00e0 l’occasion des Rencontres RH, le rendez-vous mensuel de l’actualit\u00e9 du management organis\u00e9 par Le Monde en partenariat avec Malakoff Humanis et ManpowerGroup, qui a r\u00e9uni le 7 mars dernier une vingtaine de DRH pour \u00e9changer sur l\u2019acc\u00e8s des femmes aux postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

L’\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle chez Malakoff Humanis<\/span><\/h3>\n

Au sein du groupe, il existe un r\u00e9seau interne, le r\u00e9seau Equilibres. C’est un club de r\u00e9flexion qui vise \u00e0 favoriser la mixit\u00e9 professionnelle. Tous les coll\u00e8gues peuvent participer quels que soient leur \u00e2ge, leur genre, leur m\u00e9tier ou encore leur niveau hi\u00e9rarchique. En effet, il est important de souligner que ce sujet ne concerne pas seulement les DRH mais aussi l’ensemble des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n

Les premiers travaux ont port\u00e9 sur la parentalit\u00e9. Aujourd\u2019hui, le dispositif est plut\u00f4t bien \u00e9toff\u00e9 avec une plateforme digitale, un guide et des accompagnements pour faciliter le quotidien des parents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

L\u2019an dernier, et pour la premi\u00e8re fois chez Malakoff Humanis, le sujet des violences conjugales et intra-familiales a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9. Une plateforme digitale<\/a>\u00a0a vu le jour pour donner des informations sur ce sujet et recenser les dispositifs propos\u00e9s aux coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n
