Le barom\u00e8tre donne \u00e9galement des indications sur la mobilisation des Grandes \u00e9coles autour de ces enjeux (part des \u00e9coles qui s\u2019engagent, nombres de r\u00e9f\u00e9rents mobilis\u00e9s\u2026), avec un focus sur les actions men\u00e9es dans le cadre de la lutte contre les violences sexuelles et sexistes. Enfin, les diff\u00e9rences de salaires et d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi entre les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s hommes et femmes sont \u00e9galement observ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce dispositif d\u2019enqu\u00eate, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 sur l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9tablissements membres, vise \u00e0 fournir aux r\u00e9f\u00e9rent.e.s \u00e9galit\u00e9, aux directions des \u00e9tablissements et \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des personnes en charge de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, des indicateurs de mesure et de suivi des politiques \u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes. Il constitue ainsi un v\u00e9ritable outil de pilotage pour le groupe de travail \u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes de la CGE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les \u00e9l\u00e9ments notables de l\u2019\u00e9dition 2022&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La mobilisation des Grandes \u00e9coles en faveur de la mixit\u00e9 est grandissante<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, 65% des \u00e9tablissements ont formalis\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes et pr\u00e8s de 87% des \u00e9tablissements entendent structurer leurs actions dans le cadre d\u2019un plan annuel ou pluri annuel.&nbsp; De plus, presque la moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9tablissements ont 2 voire 3 r\u00e9f\u00e9rents d\u00e9di\u00e9s au sujet \u00e9galit\u00e9 F\/H.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>39,5% des Grandes \u00e9coles proposent des formations mixtes, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire accueillant des effectifs \u00e9tudiants compos\u00e9s de 40% \u00e0 60% de femmes et d\u2019hommes. N\u00e9anmoins la mixit\u00e9 des formations varie beaucoup selon les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s&nbsp;: 92,1% des \u00e9coles de management offrent des formations mixtes (tous programmes confondus) contre 11,7% des \u00e9coles d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs et 26,5% des autres \u00e9tablissements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La mobilisation des \u00e9tablissements pour la lutte contre les violences sexuelles et sexistes est \u00e9galement plus forte<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2021, 85,7% des Grandes \u00e9coles disposent d\u2019une cellule (ou d\u2019une personne contact) charg\u00e9e de traiter les situations de harc\u00e8lement sexuel ou de comportement sexiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le r\u00f4le des associations \u00e9tudiantes est de plus en plus important<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2021, 71, 4% de ces associations m\u00e8nent des actions en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes contre 64,9% en 2020 et 48% en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Globalement, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi reste marqu\u00e9 par de fortes in\u00e9galit\u00e9s&nbsp;femmes-hommes\u2026<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 Tant en termes de taux net d\u2019emploi, de types de contrat (CDI, CDD), que de statuts et de salaires (brut annuel moyen, hors primes) avec des \u00e9carts allant encore aujourd\u2019hui de \u2013 3&nbsp;000 \u00e0 \u2013 5&nbsp;400 euros au d\u00e9triment des femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>M\u00eame si les femmes restent globalement tr\u00e8s minoritaires dans l\u2019ensemble des instances de direction des \u00e9coles, leur place augmente&nbsp;quelque peu\u2026<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 Notamment dans les comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs \u2013 o\u00f9 elles repr\u00e9sentent aujourd\u2019hui 38,3% des membres contre 31, 2% en 2020 \u2013 ainsi que dans les comit\u00e9s de direction \u2013 39,4% contre 36, 7% en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cge.asso.fr\/publications\/2022-05-23-barometre-egalite-femmes-hommes-infographie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Consulter l\u2019infographie du barom\u00e8tre CGE \u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes hommes 2021<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cge.asso.fr\/publications\/2022-05-23-barometre-egalite-femmes-hommes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Consulter le barom\u00e8tre CGE \u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes hommes 2021 complet<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Outil de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, le barom\u00e8tre CGE \u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes dans les Grandes \u00e9coles livre un \u00e9tat des lieux sur la mixit\u00e9 dans les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, tant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants que du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des collaborateurs et des instances de direction.
