Elles sont nombreuses d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer des mesures pour favoriser la diversit\u00e9 de genre, d\u2019\u00e2ge ou le handicap dans leurs rangs. L\u2019enjeu est ensuite de mesurer l\u2019impact des politiques de diversit\u00e9. Alors, comment les salari\u00e9.es per\u00e7oivent-ils leur organisation ? Inclusive or not ?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>Comment mesurer l\u2019impact des politiques de diversit\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>La difficult\u00e9 pour les entreprises qui s\u2019emparent de ces sujets est d\u2019en mesurer l\u2019impact en interne. Certes, certaines mesures peuvent \u00eatre quantifi\u00e9es, avec le taux de travailleurs en situation de handicap, ou l\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes par exemple, mais le ressenti du v\u00e9cu des employ\u00e9.es au sein de leur environnement de travail est plus impalpable.<\/p>\n<p>En partant de ce constat le Groupe APICIL,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mix-r.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mix-r, r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprises responsables<\/a>, et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.humando.fr\/decouvrez-nous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Humando<\/a>, groupe solidaire en ressources humaines, ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 l\u2019outil\u00a0<strong>In-Diag<\/strong>, un questionnaire qui permet aux entreprises d\u2019\u00e9valuer la perception de leurs salari\u00e9.es sur l\u2019inclusion et la diversit\u00e9. Propos\u00e9 aux collaborateur.ices de 6 entreprises pilotes de la r\u00e9gion lyonnaise, il a re\u00e7u plus d\u2019un millier de r\u00e9ponses qui permettent aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019observer les tendances communes et les diff\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>La richesse des r\u00e9sultats de cette premi\u00e8re vague de r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 In-Diag ouvre une double perspective aux entreprises participantes. Tout d\u2019abord, elle donne une vision globale sur les retomb\u00e9es de leurs actions en faveur de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion. Elle leur offre aussi des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de comparaison, et par l\u00e0 de potentiels leviers de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>L\u2019apparence physique, un frein \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div>\n<p>Que pensent donc les salari\u00e9.es de l\u2019inclusion dans leur entreprise ? Voici un petit aper\u00e7u des r\u00e9sultats pour les 6 premi\u00e8res entreprises participantes : groupe Seb, Ninkasi, Groupe Apicil,\u00a0Jeremias, Polyvia Formation et Equans Digital.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"uavc-list-icon uavc-list-icon-wrapper ult-adjust-bottom-margin \">\n<div id=\"list-icon-wrap-4161\" class=\"uavc-list-content\">\n<div class=\"uavc-list-icon \" data-animation=\"\" data-animation-delay=\"03\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ult-just-icon-wrapper \">\u00a0<strong>9 salari\u00e9s sur 10 se sentent libres de pouvoir \u00eatre eux-m\u00eames au sein de leur entreprise. <\/strong>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux (49%) jugent qu\u2019elle est inclusive. Ils sont un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 (54%) \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre que leur organisation n\u2019est pas repr\u00e9sentative de la diversit\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise. Pour qu\u2019une entreprise soit per\u00e7ue comme inclusive, la diversit\u00e9 des personnes qui la composent appara\u00eet donc comme un crit\u00e8re essentiel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>62% des salari\u00e9s identifient au moins un facteur de discrimination susceptible de freiner leur int\u00e9gration<\/strong> ou leur \u00e9volution dans l\u2019entreprise. Ces facteurs sont d\u2019abord l\u2019\u00e2ge (33%), le sexe (29%) et l\u2019apparence physique (18%). Ces 3 th\u00e9matiques sont ressorties en premier dans toutes les entreprises composant l\u2019\u00e9chantillon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s (52%) estiment que leur apparence physique<\/strong>\u00a0(tatouages, poids, coupe de cheveux, style vestimentaire, etc.)\u00a0<strong>peut les d\u00e9favoriser dans leur entreprise<\/strong>. En revanche au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ils sont pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (64%) \u00e0 ne s\u2019\u00eatre jamais sentis mal \u00e0 l\u2019aise vis-\u00e0-vis du regard de leurs coll\u00e8gues du fait de leur apparence physique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"uavc-list\">\n<li>\n<div id=\"list-icon-wrap-1335\" class=\"uavc-list-content\">Le sexe, fortement reconnu comme un crit\u00e8re de discrimination potentielle, est pour 26% des collaborateurs aussi ressenti comme un vecteur d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes. Un chiffre qui est plus important chez les femmes puisqu\u2019il atteint 36%. Mesurer l\u2019impact des politiques de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion met aussi en lumi\u00e8re d\u2019autres aspects, parfois m\u00e9sestim\u00e9s. De nombreux salari\u00e9s ne sont \u00e9galement pas en confiance pour partager leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 mentale.
