Attention ! Les TPE et PME n’ont plus que quelques jours pour retourner leur attestation unique d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 au bouclier tarifaire, au tarif plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 280 \u20ac\/MWh (0,28\u20ac\/kWh), et \u00e0 l\u2019amortisseur \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, elles doivent transmettre \u00e0 leur fournisseur d\u2019\u00e9nergie leur attestation sur l\u2019honneur \u00ab au plus tard le 31 mars 2023, ou au plus tard un mois apr\u00e8s la prise d\u2019effet de leur contrat si elle est post\u00e9rieure au 28 f\u00e9vrier 2023 \u00bb comme le stipule le d\u00e9cret d\u2019application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les entreprises pourront alors b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des dispositifs mis en place par le gouvernement pour les aider \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 la flamb\u00e9e des prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
