Face aux transformations des m\u00e9tiers et des activit\u00e9s, mais aussi aux nouvelles attentes des collaborateurs et des candidats, la formation aux enjeux et pratiques \u00e9cologiques constitue un levier d&rsquo;action important pour les entreprises.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La France s&rsquo;est fix\u00e9 un objectif clair : atteindre la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecologie.gouv.fr\/strategie-nationale-bas-carbone-snbc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">neutralit\u00e9 carbone en 2050<\/a>. Une dynamique qui implique tous les acteurs : particuliers, collectivit\u00e9s et entreprises. Ces derni\u00e8res doivent prendre des mesures pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des&nbsp;<strong>contraintes r\u00e9glementaires de plus en plus fortes<\/strong>&nbsp;(en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9carbonation, de gestion des d\u00e9chets, etc.), ce qui implique de profonds bouleversements aussi bien au niveau organisationnel qu&rsquo;au niveau humain. Les collaborateurs doivent \u00eatre&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00e9par\u00e9s aux changements<\/strong>, en devenir acteurs et avoir la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre des&nbsp;<strong>initiateurs<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 et des&nbsp;<strong>ambassadeurs<\/strong>. Un triple imp\u00e9ratif auquel viennent r\u00e9pondre les politiques de formation et la n\u00e9cessaire adaptation et agilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un cadre de travail en pleine mutation&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Finance, IT, achats, RH\u2026 Face au changement climatique, l&rsquo;ensemble des fonctions existantes sont amen\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00e9voluer dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es, tandis que de&nbsp;<strong>nouveaux m\u00e9tiers \u00e9mergent<\/strong>, comme celui d&rsquo;\u00ab energy manager \u00bb ou de \u00ab manager mobilit\u00e9 durable \u00bb. Ces mutations n\u00e9cessitent un important travail d&rsquo;<strong>adaptation des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>&nbsp;dans les entreprises, pour d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles expertises indispensables au monde de demain, et accompagner au mieux le changement. Ainsi, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cegos.fr\/ressources\/enquetes\/etude-rse-responsabilite-societale-des-entreprises-ambitions-et-perceptions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9tude Cegos<\/a>, pr\u00e8s de trois collaborateurs sur quatre souhaitent des formations RSE sp\u00e9cifiques sur leur m\u00e9tier et aimeraient \u00eatre davantage associ\u00e9s aux r\u00e9flexions de l&rsquo;entreprise en la mati\u00e8re. Un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/118390-Presentation-Ifop-pour-intervention-FD.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sondage Ifop<\/a>&nbsp;r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que 84 % des Fran\u00e7ais estiment que le d\u00e9veloppement durable devrait constituer un&nbsp;<strong>enseignement obligatoire<\/strong>&nbsp;dans l&rsquo;ensemble des formations professionnelles et sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du facteur environnemental aux programmes de formation r\u00e9pond aussi \u00e0 de forts enjeux de l&rsquo;<strong>attractivit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;organisation<\/strong>&nbsp;et donc de sa&nbsp;<strong>marque employeur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le souci \u00e9cologique est un levier d&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable envers les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Deux tiers des jeunes de 18 \u00e0 30 ans se disent pr\u00eats \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 postuler dans une entreprise qui ne prendrait pas suffisamment en compte les enjeux environnementaux, rapporte une&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/harris-interactive.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/03\/Rapport-Harris-Jeunes-et-prise-en-compte-des-enjeux-environnementaux-Pour-un-reveil-ecologique.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9tude d&rsquo;Harris Interactive<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La formation, un levier cl\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, les entreprises doivent apporter une r\u00e9ponse adapt\u00e9e et globale aux&nbsp;<strong>profondes transformations des m\u00e9tiers et des activit\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;ainsi qu&rsquo;aux questionnements individuels de leurs collaborateurs. La&nbsp;<strong>formation<\/strong>&nbsp;constitue un outil cl\u00e9 pour cela, \u00e0 trois niveaux : l&rsquo;acculturation globale de l&rsquo;organisation c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un plan de sensibilisation aux enjeux (du point de vue strat\u00e9gique, r\u00e8glementaires), la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences des salari\u00e9s sur des outils et m\u00e9thodes, la transformation des pratiques manag\u00e9riales visant \u00e0 faire \u00e9merger et valoriser les initiatives dans ce domaine de la transition \u00e9nergique et \u00e9cologique. Les ressources humaines sont alors en premi\u00e8re ligne sur tous ces chantiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En premier lieu, il est donc indispensable de d\u00e9velopper, \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tages de l&rsquo;entreprise, les connaissances en mati\u00e8re environnementale, afin de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer l&rsquo;organisation autour de ces enjeux. Pour cela, des actions transverses de sensibilisation peuvent \u00eatre men\u00e9es. L&rsquo;association&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fresqueduclimat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la Fresque du climat<\/a>, par exemple, permet de comprendre en quelques heures l&rsquo;essentiel des enjeux climatiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;adaptation aux besoins de chaque collaborateur est un projet cons\u00e9quent, puisqu&rsquo;il vise \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise mais aussi \u00e0 soutenir la transformation des m\u00e9tiers existants. Un enjeu auquel il est possible de r\u00e9pondre par la mise en place de programmes d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodhabitz.com\/fr-fr\/ressources\/blogs\/upskilling-reskilling-qu-est-ce-que-c-est\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=CPC&amp;utm_campaign=SEA_FR_non_branded&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiAs8acBhA1EiwAgRFdwwAfURuCeSbbC3XEPoewBzHElTwccMiiHwOIBZsZ13UP_F1zcryDLBoC2rEQAvD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">upskilling<\/a>(perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences existantes) et de&nbsp;<strong>reskilling<\/strong>&nbsp;(acquisition de comp\u00e9tences en vue d&rsquo;un changement de poste) \u00e0 destination de l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s. Enfin, il s&rsquo;agit de donner \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper un nouveau cadre de l&rsquo;exercice du&nbsp;<strong>manager<\/strong>, propre \u00e0 faire \u00e9merger les initiatives individuelles, \u00e0 les canaliser et les valoriser. L&rsquo;organisation se dote alors de moyens de se rendre attractive aux yeux potentiels collaborateurs qui per\u00e7oivent la volont\u00e9 r\u00e9elle de l&rsquo;entreprise d&rsquo;aller vers la prise en compte des enjeux climatiques et environnementaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalement, en tant qu\u2019op\u00e9rateurs principaux du changement, les ressources humaines doivent imp\u00e9rativement elles-m\u00eames se former elles-m\u00eames.&nbsp;<strong>L\u2019objectif est multiple<\/strong>&nbsp;: r\u00e9pondre aux questions sur la d\u00e9marche \u00e9cologique de l\u2019entreprise, mener avec efficacit\u00e9 les politiques&nbsp;<strong>RSE<\/strong>&nbsp;et animer les actions, choisir avec pertinence les formations des collaborateurs, ou encore savoir \u00e9valuer les salari\u00e9s et les candidats sur ces questions. Une r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration des objectifs environnementaux dans les objectifs individuels et les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations variables peut d\u2019ailleurs \u00eatre men\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une r\u00e9flexion de fond est donc \u00e0 entamer d\u2019urgence pour relever le d\u00e9fi environnemental en apportant des solutions, souvent au cas par cas.
