Initialement con\u00e7u pour ces derni\u00e8res, le purificateur est \u00e9galement pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les particuliers depuis plusieurs mois. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bigmedia.bpifrance.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/article_main_image\/public\/2023-03\/Fonto-de-Vivo.jpg?itok=N4ZiqAYI\" alt=\"Fonto de Vivo \"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u202f<em>Au lancement de l\u2019entreprise, nous ciblions d\u00e9j\u00e0 les particuliers<\/em>\u202f\u00bb, affirme Anthony Cailleau, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et co-fondateur de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fontodevivo.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fonto de Vivo<\/a>. Si ce march\u00e9 a toujours fait partie du plan de la start-up nantaise, c\u2019est bien avec les Organisations Non Gouvernementales (ONG) humanitaires qu\u2019elle a pu faire conna\u00eetre son purificateur d\u2019eau 100 % m\u00e9canique, Orisa. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>D\u00e8s la commercialisation de notre produit, il a servi dans plus de 25 pays \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb se r\u00e9jouit Antony Cailleau.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2017, Fonto de Vivo est n\u00e9e de la rencontre entre l\u2019actuel directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et David Monnier. \u00ab\u202f<em>Il rentrait de mission humanitaire \u00e0 Ha\u00efti apr\u00e8s le tremblement de terre et voulait construire un syst\u00e8me simple de purification d\u2019eau, qu\u2019on aurait pu fournir dans l\u2019urgence \u00e0 la population au moment des catastrophes.<\/em>\u202f\u00bb David Monnier se rend alors \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Nantes afin d\u2019\u00e9changer avec un sp\u00e9cialiste, et rencontre Anthony Cailleau, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque en poste \u00e0 la valorisation de la recherche. \u00ab\u202f<em>A la suite de cet entretien nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous associer, raconte ce dernier. Je connaissais bien la partie business plan et financement de l\u2019entrepreneuriat et lui le march\u00e9<\/em>\u202f\u00bb, explique le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Apr\u00e8s deux ans de conception du produit avec des ONG fran\u00e7aises et une lev\u00e9e des fonds pour industrialiser et finaliser le purificateur, la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bpifrance.fr\/start\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">start-up<\/a>&nbsp;est pr\u00eate mais le Covid retarde la commercialisation de l\u2019objet en 2021. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miser sur le e-commerce pour passer du BtoB au BtoC&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif\u202fdes deux associ\u00e9s est alors de prouver qu\u2019Orisa peut fonctionner partout, avant de le proposer aux&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/presse.bpifrance.fr\/bpifrance-devoile-le-premier-barometre-realise-aupres-de-particuliers-sur-leur-perception-de-linvestissement-dans-les-entreprises-non-cotees-et-presente-des-leviers-dactions-pour-en-faciliter-l\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">particuliers<\/a>. \u00ab\u202f<em>Nous voulions d\u00e9montrer qu\u2019il pouvait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les territoires les plus compliqu\u00e9s et par les gens les plus d\u00e9munis, poursuit le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Il \u00e9tait important de montrer que c\u2019est un syst\u00e8me simple, robuste et durable<\/em>.\u202f\u00bb Mission r\u00e9ussie pour les deux fondateurs puisque le purificateur d\u2019eau, en plus d\u2019\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 par la Croix Rouge et M\u00e9decins sans fronti\u00e8re, est \u00e9galement valid\u00e9 par les plus hautes instances comme l\u2019OMS (Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9). Petit \u00e0 petit, Fonto de Vivo gagne en popularit\u00e9 et les deux associ\u00e9s sont de plus en plus sollicit\u00e9s au sujet de leur machine. \u00ab\u202f<em>\u00c0 chaque fois que l\u2019on faisait de la communication sur Orisa, il y avait toujours des demandes de la part de particuliers. Certains \u00e9v\u00e9nements, comme les inondations dans la vall\u00e9e de la V\u00e9subie (arri\u00e8re-pays ni\u00e7ois), avec des personnes priv\u00e9es d\u2019eau pendant plusieurs mois, ont intensifi\u00e9 ces demandes.<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9vue d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, l\u2019adaptation au march\u00e9 des particuliers n\u2019\u00e9tait pas attendue aussi t\u00f4t, selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Fonto de Vivo. \u00ab\u202f<em>On s\u2019est dit tr\u00e8s vite qu\u2019il fallait d\u00e9montrer l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant de notre produit sur ce march\u00e9, en d\u00e9veloppant une boutique en ligne. Nous devions aussi recruter un sp\u00e9cialiste du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bpifrance.fr\/nos-actualites\/e-commerce-les-cles-pour-se-lancer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">e-commerce<\/a>&nbsp;et en d\u00e9velopper la vente sur les places de march\u00e9s.<\/em>\u202f\u00bb Pour poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement de cette boutique, de nouveaux investisseurs sont attendus afin de pouvoir \u00ab\u202f<em>scalabiliser le mod\u00e8le actuel et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 d\u2019autres.<\/em>\u202f\u00bb La start-up souhaite \u00e9galement adapter son marketing, le packaging, ainsi que la communication autour du purificateur. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un produit 100 % fran\u00e7ais &nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre initiative de l\u2019entreprise\u202f: concevoir un produit totalement fran\u00e7ais. \u00ab<em>\u202fIl y a six ans, c\u2019\u00e9tait une conviction personnelle environnementale de vouloir produire en France des choses de qualit\u00e9s<\/em>\u202f\u00bb, affirme Anthony Cailleau. Une conviction qui s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre un point fort aujourd\u2019hui pour la start-up, selon ce dernier. \u00ab<em>\u202f\u00c7a rassure les particuliers que nous soyons une entreprise fran\u00e7aise avec des filtres fran\u00e7ais. Si demain il y a des tensions g\u00e9opolitiques, les gens ne voudraient pas subir des ruptures d\u2019approvisionnement de composants strat\u00e9giques.\u202f<\/em>\u00bb &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023, Fonto de Vivo a pour objectif de fabriquer et vendre 12\u202f000 purificateurs, apr\u00e8s en avoir \u00e9coul\u00e9 10\u202f000 en deux ans. \u00ab<em>\u202fNous ciblons les particuliers en France et en Europe avec des distributeurs.
