Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e exclusivement par cession d\u2019actions existantes.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats de cette offre, Pierre Pasquier, Pr\u00e9sident de Sopra Steria, a salu\u00e9<br \/>\nl\u2019engagement des collaborateurs : \u00ab Avec ce plan, nous souhaitons associer durablement nos collaborateurs au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 la performance du Groupe. Le succ\u00e8s de We Share 2023 t\u00e9moigne \u00e0 nouveau de leur confiance dans notre projet de Groupe ind\u00e9pendant. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019issue de ce plan, les participations g\u00e9r\u00e9es pour le compte des salari\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentent environ 7% du capital et 8,5% des droits de vote, confortant la position de Sopra Steria parmi les premiers groupes cot\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais en mati\u00e8re d\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9.
