Une finalit\u00e9 : atteindre le plein emploi de ces personnes pour un march\u00e9 du travail toujours plus inclusif. Quatre ambitions et des actions pour y parvenir. Une m\u00e9thode collaborative et ouverte pour construire cette strat\u00e9gie nourrie par un \u00e9clairage transdisciplinaire de 10 experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"un-contexte-favorable-a-une-augmentation-de-lemploi-des-personnes-handicapees\">Un contexte favorable \u00e0 une augmentation de l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023, en France, 1,1 million de personnes handicap\u00e9es travaillent. Bien qu\u2019en diminution depuis 5 ans, le taux de ch\u00f4mage des personnes handicap\u00e9es atteint 13%. Il est pr\u00e8s de deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui de l\u2019ensemble des demandeurs d\u2019emploi. A 3,5%, le taux d\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es en entreprise reste en de\u00e7\u00e0 du seuil l\u00e9gal de 6%. Il progresse tr\u00e8s lentement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Encore aujourd\u2019hui, trop de personnes handicap\u00e9es sont exclues de l&#8217;emploi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e9riode qui s\u2019ouvre est marqu\u00e9e par de nouveaux enjeux qui sont autant d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s pour faire progresser l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es : l\u2019allongement de la dur\u00e9e de vie professionnelle, le vieillissement au travail, les besoins li\u00e9s aux nouveaux modes et organisations de travail, les nouveaux usages pour s\u2019informer et se former, les \u00e9volutions du march\u00e9 du travail soumis \u00e0 de fortes tensions dans certains secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9, les cons\u00e9quences de la r\u00e9forme de l\u2019obligation d\u2019emploi des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nos-ambitions-pour-le-plein-emploi\">Nos ambitions pour le plein emploi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte favorable, le plan strat\u00e9gique 2023-2027 de l\u2019Agefiph fixe quatre ambitions majeures pour atteindre le plein emploi des personnes en situation de handicap \u00e0 horizon 2027. L\u2019Agefiph d\u00e9cide de relever ce d\u00e9fi pour un march\u00e9 du travail toujours plus inclusif pour les personnes en situation de handicap sur tout le territoire. Cela,&nbsp;<strong>en appui des pouvoirs publics, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des entreprises, des partenaires sociaux et des acteurs associatifs, avec l&rsquo;ensemble des acteurs de l&#8217;emploi et du handicap<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos ambitions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Rechercher le plein emploi des personnes en situation de handicap par l\u2019accompagnement des entreprises,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. S\u00e9curiser les parcours des personnes en situation de handicap en compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 de l\u2019offre de droit commun,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Am\u00e9liorer et faciliter le recours \u00e0 l\u2019offre de l\u2019Agefiph,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Participer davantage \u00e0 l\u2019action publique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nos-actions-pour-le-plein-emploi\">Nos actions pour le plein emploi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Agefiph amplifie ses actions et adapte ses r\u00e9ponses pour aller toujours plus loin vers le plein emploi des personnes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>d\u00e9ployer de nouvelles formes d\u2019accompagnement des entreprises<\/strong>&nbsp;tant pour les grandes entreprises sortant d\u2019accord agr\u00e9\u00e9 par l\u2019Etat que les TPE \u2013PME,<\/li><li><strong>repenser son&nbsp;offre de compensation des cons\u00e9quences du handicap&nbsp;<\/strong>en lien avec ses partenaires, dans une logique d\u2019accompagnement global des personnes et pour toujours mieux r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des situations de han\u00addicap,<\/li><li><strong>co-construire plus son offre avec ses b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires&nbsp;<\/strong>soit les personnes en situation de handicap, les entreprises, les partenaires emploi-handicap,<\/li><li><strong>cr\u00e9er de nouvelles modalit\u00e9s de partena\u00adriat institutionnel<\/strong>, par une collaboration plus \u00e9troite encore, au national et sur les territoires,&nbsp;avec les pouvoirs publics, les partenaires emploi et handicap; apporter un appui \u00e0 leur professionnalisation.
