D\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 5h00, la formation en ligne apporte une connaissance approfondie des handicaps, une m\u00e9thodologie pour rep\u00e9rer les besoins li\u00e9s au handicap de la personne en situation de travail, identifier les freins et contraintes du quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fruit d\u2019un partenariat entre l\u2019Agefiph et l\u2019Afdas<\/strong>&nbsp;men\u00e9 depuis 2021, les 10 modules de formation de 30 minutes chacun ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us par le cabinet Ariane Conseil comme un parcours de formation&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deux modules g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes pour s\u2019informer sur le handicap au travail et comprendre le r\u00f4le d\u2019accompagnateur du tuteur et du ma\u00eetre d\u2019apprentissage ;<\/li><li>Sept modules th\u00e9matiques pour approfondir sa connaissance des handicaps et adapter sa posture ;<\/li><li>Un dernier module pour \u00e9valuer sa formation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cette offre en libre-acc\u00e8s sur le site internet de l\u2019Afdas et de l\u2019Agefiph&nbsp;<\/strong>permet de disposer d\u2019un parcours pr\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019emploi pour former tout salari\u00e9 aux missions d\u2019accueil, d\u2019int\u00e9gration, d\u2019encadrement de personne en situation de handicap.&nbsp;Une simple inscription suffit pour y acc\u00e9der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cette formation est id\u00e9ale pour tout R\u00e9f\u00e9rent Handicap en entreprise, en organisme de formation \/ CFA\u00a0<\/strong>nouvellement nomm\u00e9 ou souhaitant mettre \u00e0 jour ses connaissances, d\u00e9velopper une vision transverse et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e du handicap favorisant les initiatives d\u2019insertion professionnelle et de maintien dans l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tutorat-handicap-afdas-agefiph.arianeconseil.online\">ACC\u00c9DER \u00c0 LA FORMATION EN LIGNE <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis plus d\u2019un mois, l\u2019Agefiph et l\u2019Afdas mettent \u00e0 disposition gratuitement un parcours de formation court et 100% digital pour s\u00e9curiser l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration d\u2019alternant en situation de handicap.
