Une transformation d\u2019envergure, qui se traduit notamment par la refonte de sa strat\u00e9gie d\u2019investissement. Pour que celle-ci se place \u00e0 la hauteur des d\u00e9fis environnementaux et soci\u00e9taux auxquels nous faisons face collectivement, la Carac fait le choix de renforcer le pilotage des enjeux ESG au sein de sa gouvernance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2018, nous choisissons la voie de l\u2019investissement responsable et sommes fiers d\u2019avoir atteint l\u2019ensemble des objectifs que nous nous \u00e9tions fix\u00e9s alors. A savoir : d\u00e9ployer un mod\u00e8le transparent et soucieux de son impact environnemental et soci\u00e9tal. Aujourd\u2019hui, la Carac veut aller plus loin et m\u00e8ne depuis 2022 des travaux de r\u00e9flexion majeurs sur l\u2019orientation et les ambitions de ses trajectoires d\u2019investissement.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019y refl\u00e9ter ses valeurs mutualistes et solidaires, la Carac s\u2019est fix\u00e9e de nouveaux objectifs pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte carbone de ses investissements obligataires d\u2019ici 2027 et contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte des objectifs de neutralit\u00e9 carbone \u00e0 horizon 2050. Ses engagements concernent \u00e9galement l\u2019accroissement sensible sur les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es, de la part d\u2019investissements tourn\u00e9e vers la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la protection de la biodiversit\u00e9 et le progr\u00e8s social.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faire le choix d\u2019une approche holistique <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ce sens, nous nous efforcerons de rendre plus transparents et compr\u00e9hensibles les impacts de nos investissements sur le climat et sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cette strat\u00e9gie s\u2019inscrit en coh\u00e9rence avec notre ambition de devenir une mutuelle \u00e0 mission en 2024 et la recherche du meilleur \u00e9quilibre possible entre performance financi\u00e8re et utilit\u00e9 sociale. Pour ce faire, la gouvernance de la Carac \u00e9volue et red\u00e9finit ses actions \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de quatre grandes th\u00e9matiques : la connaissance, l\u2019innovation, le pilotage et la strat\u00e9gie. Une prise de position holistique qui se traduit par :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un programme de formation d\u00e9di\u00e9<\/strong> pour assurer une connaissance commune des enjeux ESG. Destin\u00e9 aux \u00e9quipes commerciales en contact quotidien avec nos adh\u00e9rents et aux membres des instances de gouvernance, ce programme sera d\u00e9fini en 2023 et mis en place d\u00e8s 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un comit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement durable <\/strong>consacr\u00e9 d\u2019une part, au pilotage op\u00e9rationnel des investissements ESG et d\u2019autre part, au d\u00e9ploiement des projets RSE et \u00ab\u00a0Mutuelle \u00e0 mission\u00a0\u00bb. La Carac s\u2019engage \u00e0 ce que ce comit\u00e9 soit op\u00e9rationnel d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e8glement interne du Conseil d\u2019administration <\/strong>par l\u2019int\u00e9gration de ces engagements et de ces valeurs au plus haut niveau de gouvernance. Actuellement en cours de validation, les crit\u00e8res ESG seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au r\u00e8glement interne en 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une revue trimestrielle des pratiques d\u2019investissement responsable<\/strong>, par le Comit\u00e9 Financier. Afin que la performance extra-financi\u00e8re soit prise en compte dans la gestion des risques et ainsi, dans les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques, la Carac met un point d\u2019honneur \u00e0 ce que les instances de gouvernance disposent d\u2019une vision pr\u00e9cise et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des performances r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enfin, il est \u00e0 noter que les politiques de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des \u00e9quipes de direction et d\u2019investissement n\u2019int\u00e8grent pas de crit\u00e8res pouvant aller \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la gestion ad\u00e9quate des risques en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9.
