Instaur\u00e9 en 2019, l\u2019index vise \u00e0 mesurer et supprimer les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Evalu\u00e9 sur 100 points, l\u2019index est calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rents indicateurs : l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration femmes\/hommes, l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9partition des augmentations individuelles (hors promotion), l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9partition des promotions, le nombre de salari\u00e9es augment\u00e9es \u00e0 leur retour de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9, et la parit\u00e9 parmi les dix plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pour rappel, en 2021 dans le secteur priv\u00e9, les femmes gagnaient en moyenne 14,8% de moins que les hommes, selon une \u00e9tude de l\u2019Insee publi\u00e9e le jeudi 16 f\u00e9vrier 2023.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022, Manpower France, acteur majeur du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, annonce la note de 99\/100 pour ses 3 477 salari\u00e9s. Comptant 4000 collaborateurs, Experis France, sp\u00e9cialiste de la transformation num\u00e9rique des entreprises, obtient la note de 90\/100.
