Chaque jour, nous faisons \u00e9voluer nos modes de management pour donner toujours plus de place \u00e0 l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial, \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, au dialogue continu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement des collaborateurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail motivant et engageant pour tous nos collaborateurs<\/li><li>Placer l\u2019attitude et l\u2019implication manag\u00e9riale au c\u0153ur de notre d\u00e9marche<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un monde de changements et de bouleversements, nous souhaitons qu\u2019un parcours chez Saint-Gobain soit signe de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, de bien-\u00eatre et d\u2019engagement. Nous envisageons donc chaque collaboration sur le long terme gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un accompagnement de qualit\u00e9 de tous nos collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les restructurations sont in\u00e9vitables, les collaborateurs concern\u00e9s par les ajustements d\u2019effectifs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de programmes d\u2019accompagnement personnalis\u00e9s qui peuvent se traduire par une formation li\u00e9e \u00e0 une reconversion, une aide \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique ou un soutien \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un projet personnel, comme la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une entreprise.<br>En 2021, aucune r\u00e9organisation n\u2019a eu lieu.<br><br>Afin d\u2019apporter des r\u00e9ponses concr\u00e8tes aux questions sociales, nous faisons la promotion active d\u2019un dialogue local entre le personnel, les instances repr\u00e9sentatives et le Groupe. En mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9tablissent leur politique salariale en fonction des conditions de march\u00e9 et des niveaux de vie locaux. Et parall\u00e8lement, l\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9 offre aux collaborateurs la possibilit\u00e9 de devenir actionnaires \u00e0 des conditions pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentielles. Cela illustre aussi la volont\u00e9 de Saint-Gobain d\u2019associer ses collaborateurs \u00e0 ses d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques.&nbsp;<br><br>En 2020, Saint-Gobain a lanc\u00e9 \u00ab CARE by Saint-Gobain \u00bb, un programme de protection sociale pour l\u2019ensemble de ses collaborateurs \u00e0 travers le monde et leurs familles, qui comprend des garanties minimum d\u00e9finies pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins essentiels et quotidiens de sant\u00e9 ainsi que l\u2019accompagnement des collaborateurs dans des moments importants de leur vie et la protection face aux al\u00e9as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de satisfaction men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de nos collaborateurs en 2022, montre que 89% se disent fiers de travailler chez Saint-Gobain et 86% recommanderaient le groupe comme une entreprise o\u00f9 il fait bon travailler.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un taux de participation de 84% en 2022, ce sont 126 746 collaborateurs&nbsp;collaborateurs dans 75 pays&nbsp;qui ont exprim\u00e9 leur opinion.<br><br>Pour la 6e ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, nous avons obtenu le label \u00ab\u2009Top Employer Global\u2009\u00bb d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par le Top Employers Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diversit\u00e9s et inclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Diversifier nos \u00e9quipes&nbsp;<\/li><li>Favoriser l\u2019inclusion et promouvoir la diversit\u00e9 sous toutes ses formes : mixit\u00e9, nationalit\u00e9s, formations, parcours professionnels, diversit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle, handicap, origines ethniques et sociales, partout o\u00f9 nous sommes pr\u00e9sents<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une culture d\u2019entreprise riche, ouverte, en ad\u00e9quation avec le monde qui nous entoure, nous reconnaissons et respectons la singularit\u00e9 de chacun. Un programme intitul\u00e9 Mental WellBeing (MWB) a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ensemble des managers du Groupe. Prenant la forme d\u2019une application interactive, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour aider les managers \u00e0 optimiser le bien-\u00eatre psychologique de leurs \u00e9quipes. Chaque manager a la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tablir un programme sur mesure adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe, d\u2019en faire le suivi et d\u2019\u00e9changer avec d\u2019autres managers ou encore de partager des bonnes pratiques pertinentes tir\u00e9es de son exp\u00e9rience.
