Ces lois incitent ou encouragent modestement, quand bien m\u00eame il existe un principe constitutionnel qui rappelle formellement l\u2019\u00e9gal acc\u00e8s aux responsabilit\u00e9s professionnelles et sociales \u2013 comme le souligne Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Bensadoun, avocate associ\u00e9e d\u2019August Debouzy, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en droit social et en droit du travail, lors de son intervention \u00e0 la Cit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ussite en juin 2022.(1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, en 2011 (loi Cop\u00e9-Zimmermann), en 2018 (loi Avenir professionnel) et en 2021 (loi Rixain), le l\u00e9gislateur ne se cantonne plus aux bienveillantes exhortations et fixe des objectifs chiffr\u00e9s ainsi que des sanctions, notamment p\u00e9cuniaires. Quotas et notation sont impos\u00e9s aux entreprises comme autant de vecteurs de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et de la mixit\u00e9, si ce n\u2019est encore d\u2019une r\u00e9elle
