Il s\u2019agit du quatri\u00e8me accord sign\u00e9 depuis 2012 et du deuxi\u00e8me au p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u2019Orano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019inscrit dans le prolongement de la construction du dialogue social mis place par le groupe depuis plus de dix ans en faveur de la diversit\u00e9, de l\u2019inclusion, de la mixit\u00e9 et du d\u00e9veloppement professionnel de chaque salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019accord d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle se traduit par des actions tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tes permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail des femmes et des hommes du groupe Orano. Il s\u2019articule autour des huit fondamentaux suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Atteindre nos objectifs de mixit\u00e9 dans les recrutements : \u00e0 comp\u00e9tences \u00e9gales, la candidature du genre sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e sera privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e avec un objectif de recrutement de 39% cadres et 25% non-cadres \u00e0 horizon de l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance de l\u2019accord&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Atteindre l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale&nbsp;pour faire disparaitre les \u00e9carts de salaire r\u00e9siduels entre les hommes et les femmes en compensant financi\u00e8rement les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration injustifi\u00e9s \u00e0 niveau de responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalent avec un budget d\u00e9di\u00e9&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Favoriser l\u2019acc\u00e8s au poste de direction et d\u2019expertise&nbsp;avec l\u2019augmentation d\u2019acc\u00e8s de la part des femmes dans les comit\u00e9s de direction, au statut cadre dirigeant ainsi qu\u2019aux m\u00e9tiers d\u2019expertise ou de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 avec \u00e9galement l\u2019octroi d\u2019un bonus de 50% de la prime de cooptation pour le recrutement d\u2019une femme dans un m\u00e9tier technique&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et faciliter les effets de la parentalit\u00e9 sur la carri\u00e8re&nbsp;: la parentalit\u00e9 ne peut, en aucun cas, constituer un frein au recrutement, \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 la promotion professionnelle et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution salariale, en maintenant par exemple des primes en cas de changement de poste li\u00e9 \u00e0 la grossesse&nbsp;;<s><\/s><\/li><li>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et concilier sa vie personnelle avec sa vie professionnelle en int\u00e9grant des nouvelles th\u00e9matiques soci\u00e9tales telles que la PMA, l\u2019endom\u00e9triose, l\u2019accompagnement des personnes en transition de genre&nbsp;et les violences conjugales&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Poursuivre la lutte contre le harc\u00e8lement moral ou sexuel et les comportements sexistes&nbsp;avec le renforcement du dispositif d\u2019alerte \u00e9thique&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mixit\u00e9 syndicale&nbsp;avec la mise en place d\u2019un index de la mixit\u00e9 syndicale parmi les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cet accord est conclu pour quatre ann\u00e9es et fera l\u2019objet d\u2019\u00e9tablissements de plan d\u2019actions au sein des entit\u00e9s et d\u2019un suivi annuel tant au niveau national qu\u2019au niveau des \u00e9tablissements&nbsp;du groupe au sein desquels il sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Derrien, Directrice People &amp; Communications d\u2019Orano a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Je suis fi\u00e8re de cet engagement qui nous pousse \u00e0 \u00eatre une entreprise mod\u00e8le dans une industrie dont la mixit\u00e9 est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.
