Depuis plus de vingt ans,&nbsp;Neuflize&nbsp;OBC&nbsp;est engag\u00e9e dans une d\u00e9marche de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale, illustr\u00e9e par notre raison d\u2019\u00eatre \u00ab Une banque meilleure pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 venir \u00bb. Concr\u00e8tement, nous avons d\u00e9clin\u00e9 cette philosophie tant aupr\u00e8s de nos clients que de nos collaborateurs. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 les premiers \u00e0 proposer syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 nos clients une gestion ISR* et des fonds \u00e0 impact. Nous les incitons tous \u00e0 aider, \u00e0 s\u2019entraider et \u00e0 agir pour la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion dans chaque domaine. Notre banque a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 en avance dans l\u2019accompagnement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui nous entoure, d\u00e8s le XIX\u00e8me&nbsp;si\u00e8cle en soutenant des projets totalement innovants comme la cr\u00e9ation du m\u00e9tro, ou les premi\u00e8res cr\u00e8ches \u00e0 Paris. D\u00e8s 2008, nous mettions en place des actions pour r\u00e9duire notre empreinte carbone, et financions des plantations d\u2019arbres pour contribuer \u00e0 notre neutralit\u00e9 ; depuis 25 ans, nous agissons pour la cr\u00e9ation artistique \u00e0 travers une fondation d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux arts visuels.
