Ils sont le fruit d\u2019un certain nombre d\u2019actions mises en place et s\u2019inscrivent dans une d\u00e9marche de progr\u00e8s en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femmes-hommes au sein de l\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle est calcul\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e, selon les r\u00e8gles de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/demarches-ressources-documentaires\/documentation-et-publications-officielles\/textes-et-circulaires\/lois\/article\/loi-avenir-professionnel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>loi Avenir Professionnel<\/strong><\/a>, afin de refl\u00e9ter le traitement entre les femmes et les hommes. Cette note globale est \u00e9valu\u00e9e sur 100 points sur la base de<strong>&nbsp;5 crit\u00e8res<\/strong>&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration femmes-hommes,<\/li><li>L\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9partition des augmentations individuelles&nbsp;<\/li><li>L\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9partition des promotions (pour les entreprises de plus de 250 salari\u00e9s),<\/li><li>Le nombre de salari\u00e9es augment\u00e9es \u00e0 leur retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9,<\/li><li>La parit\u00e9 parmi les 10 plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du Groupe Eureden en 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eureden.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/Capture-decran-2023-03-27-a-12.16.38-300x184.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7150\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cas des indicateurs non calculables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9vu que certains indicateurs soient non calculables lorsque les groupes d\u2019analyse ne sont pas suffisamment repr\u00e9sentatifs. Dans ce cas, la note globale obtenue portera uniquement sur les indicateurs calculables, et elle pourra \u00eatre transpos\u00e9e sur 100.
