Queiroz, Charbel Jose Chiappetta Jabbour, Chinming (Victor) Shi,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tbs-education.fr\/professeur\/fosso-wamba-samuel\/\">Samuel Fosso Wamba<\/a><br>Publi\u00e9 dans la revue :&nbsp;<strong><em>International Journal of Production Economics<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La croissance remarquable de ChatGPT, une intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative (Gen-AI), a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 un d\u00e9bat important dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle a le potentiel de transformer radicalement le paysage commercial, avec des cons\u00e9quences pour la gestion des op\u00e9rations et de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement (O&amp;SCM). Toutefois, les preuves empiriques des effets de la Gen-AI sur la gestion des op\u00e9rations et de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement restent limit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude examine les avantages, les d\u00e9fis et les tendances associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la Gen-AI\/ChatGPT dans la gestion des op\u00e9rations et de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement. Nous avons recueilli des donn\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de praticiens en O&amp;SCM au Royaume-Uni (N = 154) et aux \u00c9tats-Unis (N = 161). Comme nous avons utilis\u00e9 la th\u00e9orie de l\u2019apprentissage organisationnel pour la recherche, nos r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une efficacit\u00e9 accrue comme un avantage significatif pour les adoptants et les non-adoptants dans les deux pays, tout en indiquant que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les risques et l\u2019\u00e9thique sont des pr\u00e9occupations majeures. En particulier, il appara\u00eet que l\u2019int\u00e9gration de Gen-AI\/ChatGPT conduit \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des performances globales de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement. En outre, l\u2019apprentissage organisationnel peut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les r\u00e9sultats de Gen-AI\/ChatGPT dans la gestion de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnant que les adoptants expriment leur satisfaction quant aux avantages de la technologie apr\u00e8s sa mise en \u0153uvre, notamment la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9fis per\u00e7us avant la mise en \u0153uvre et un plus grand optimisme quant \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation future de Gen-AI\/ChatGPT par rapport aux non-adoptants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les adoptants affichent \u00e9galement des comportements diversifi\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, d\u2019agilit\u00e9, de r\u00e9activit\u00e9, etc. Cette \u00e9tude fournit des informations pr\u00e9cieuses aux chercheurs, aux praticiens et aux d\u00e9cideurs qui souhaitent comprendre les implications de la Gen-AI\/ChatGPT dans le domaine de la gestion des op\u00e9rations et des services, tant pour ceux qui l\u2019adoptent que pour ceux qui ne l\u2019adoptent pas.
