De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la MSA des Portes de Bretagne, souhaitait d\u00e9velopper son offre de services \u00e0 travers des prestations de ressources humaines aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;entreprises agroalimentaires, au c\u0153ur de son ADN. Les deux entreprises ont donc imagin\u00e9 et d\u00e9velopper ensemble une formation au m\u00e9tier de cariste aboutissant au recrutement au sein de la conserverie d&rsquo;aucy Le Faou\u00ebt (56). La premi\u00e8re session, en 2022, a permis<br \/>\nde former 4 personnes. Au printemps 2023, 6 nouvelles personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9es au m\u00e9tier de cariste puis embauch\u00e9es en contrat d&rsquo;insertion professionnelle int\u00e9rimaire (CIPI). Sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de cette formation, plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un module interne, d&rsquo;aucy Le Faou\u00ebt a choisi de proposer une formation au Caces qui permet l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 des personnes form\u00e9es dans d&rsquo;autres entreprises.
